Pepe’s Pizza House

Never again! Finally, got the pizza I ordered an hour and a half late. Then it was wrong. I asked for no tomatoes and add mushrooms instead. They just charged extra for the mushrooms and still put the tomatoes. The pizza was meh… Now I know and will not order from them again.

1 is still to many stars for this grease pit. I ordered a large supreme pizza and a philly steak sub, both were the greasiest that I have ever had! After eating half of the sub sandwich the bottom of the styrofoam container was covered in grease and went in the trash with the remaining half of the sub.
The pizza wasn’t much better, and after eating 2 slices I decided that the remaining 8 slices needed to join the other half of the sub in the trash.
It probably goes without saying but I will NEVER order from Pepe’s again.

Ordered a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza for delivery. I opened the box to find that the cold pizza was old and crust was so hard you couldn’t bite into it. It looked like it was an old pizza that they just added jalapeños and some random mozzarella shreds to and reheated. I have never called a company to complain, but I felt i should be refunded bc it was inedible. The manager was not willing to refund, but was willing to make a new pizza. Unfortunately we have dinner plans and don’t need the pizza now, but instead should be refunded since he admitted that the kitchen likely didn’t make a good pizza bc the order was so late at night. I am not interested in giving the pizza another chance since it tasted so terribly.

Finally tried this place out, ordered the shrimp scampi and a supreme pizza. The shrimp scampi was a good size and came with salad. Pizza was pretty good. I would order again.

They aren’t well known but Pepe’s makes a great pizza. It has lots of flavor and is generally cooked well done with lots of delicious bubbles on the crust! They also have Cheese Ravioli which is decent and they give you plenty.
The pizza is relatively cheap, $ 10 for a large, and much better than chain pizzas like Dominos and Pizza Hut. Also they don’t charge for delivery, which is a huge plus if you are lazy about driving like me. And the staff is nice.
Pepe’s might be the most unheralded good pizza joint in Dallas. Great food, pick some up if you live in the area.
