Called Brandon on an instrument he had for sale. We were impressed with his knowledge and care — and even though we didn’t buy his piano — we hired him to inspect, move and tune another. Highly recommended.

Brandon/​Perfect Pitch did an AMAZING job!!! They tuned my piano beautifully but also went above and beyond with fixing my sustain petal for far cheaper than what others had quoted me on. He ended up needing to make 3 different trips total all the way from downtown Dallas to north West McK where I am. What I paid him likely didn’t even cover all the time and gas he spent in repairing my piano and doing it with a musicians ear. He wasn’t ok with anything but perfection in performance of the piano. He even sat and tested out his work by playing for us for a while. Such a treat! Great customer service, great skill, and great prices!

I’ve been putting off getting my piano tuned forever now, until one day I just could not play any longer because it sounded that terrible.
Now I completely lost my previous piano tuner’s contact information, so I resorted to searching online for one. I had tried reaching out to other companies or self-​employed tuners but once I submitted my info on their website I had such a quick email response.
Unfortunately for me I took too long to reply to several appointment confirmations, so after a few back and forth emails I finally got one on a Saturday morning.
Dave arrived early which was great because sometimes it takes a while to get visitors into an apartment complex. Once he came in he went straight to work for an hour. My baby must have been in pretty bad shape! Dave was super friendly and my piano sounded great afterwards so I’m very pleased!

I’m so glad to have found Perfect Pitch as I have used other tuners/​technicians but have either had bad service or difficulty in simply getting in touch. Perfect Pitch responds quickly and has great tuners/​technicians. I’m very pleased with their work and will continue to utilize them to care for the pianos at our church.

Everything went well with tuning my piano until after the piano tuner left. I noticed an hour after he left that there is now a buzzing in the lower register of my piano when I play the lower notes. I contacted the owner a week ago about this and have heard nothing back. I am pretty dissatisfied.

I have about done it all with these folks. They tuned two pianos for me, moved a baby grand from another state and are selling a piano I consigned to them.
I couldn’t be happier. My experience with the mover was very professional, and Brandon and Dave tuned my pianos. Both are A plus in my books.
I would highly recommend them.

To many issues to mention, just suffice it to day that the owners subcontract out their moving and their mover is shady. He showed up 2 hours early and took my piano to a warehouse instead of waiting for the drop-​off person to show up and unlock the house. They then wanted to charge double to get it back to the house after «their» error and inflexibility.
Additionally, it is a husband and wife operation where you call the number you never know who you will get and they apparently can’t communicate information between themselves causing additional confusion and frustration for all.
