Pizza Hut

Food is good yet the service is lacking. Over an hour of waiting for delivery. When only 15 minutes away.

Waited forever to pick up my pizza. The employees weren’t collecting money but in the back talking. Then an off duty employee came in and got her pizza without paying and everyone in line with me saw it. I always have to deal with an issue at this location, customer service just ain’t good in these areas

My pizza was ready in 15 minutes exactly and tasted wonderful. The employees are always nice when I go in and the place is clean. I love the way they bake some of their jalapeños under the cheese. They are pretty awesome to me

Worst pizza hut ever! They told me I would have to wait 2 hours for a delivery (it’s 5 min away from my house if that) I told them I would just pick it up, then they told me they ran out of boxes, I asked them if they could just put it in a different shaped box, and then they told me that they ran out of dough. I couldn’t take it anymore so i hung up the phone. I was so POed I called back and asked to speak to the manager the same voice that told me there were no boxes or dough told me she was the manager (surprise surprise). I explained the problem and she seemed shocked (not really) and appalled (not really) and explained that they had boxes and dough and she didn’t understand why her employees said they didn’t have it. I was so pissed I placed a order for 10 pizzas and never picked them up. This place is ghetto, disgusting, and not worth a dime of your money. They treat there customers like they’re a burden and the food is horrible. I wish they would just shut it down already
