Very, very bad customer service! Walked in, and stood around for a few minutes while a girl was on the phone. Another girl came to counter and told her my order. Didn’t say 1 word to me the whole time. Very unprofessional! Need to train your associates right. Will travel farther IF I ever get pizza hut again.

Horrible. Very bad. I will never buy Pizza Hut again. I let it go the first time they messed up but this second time was enough to never buy their pizza again. I wish this location was shut down

You take your chances when you order from this Pizza Hut. about 1 in 3 times they get it right. I have ordered for my last time. The pizza was so salty could not eat it. Complained and was told they dont use salt. My $ 21.00 was gone and the food was in the trash. Never again. Beware…

I’ve had a great experience with this Pizza Hut. Fresh. Cooked right. Lots of toppings. I order pizza for our team plenty of times and it comes out great.

I would give zero stars if possible. First of all I ordered the bone-out wings. They delivered bone in wings. Not a big deal right? Well I work and I need to use my hands on my computer and was looking for a cleanlier option. They were already late with my order past the time by almost 15 minutes. Not a big deal, Monday night, they surely were busy as it was around 7 I placed the order. So I call the manager, who says his name is William Madrid, and he gives me one of two options, he can send me the correct order or I can take a future credit on my account. So I say why not both? After all they had messed up the order, not me. He says he can’t do that. That I should be sufficiently happy to have my correct order, and this incorrect order which I will not eat, but most likely just throw away. Wings don’t reheat well in my opinion. So I ask him if he thinks this is good customer service. He says yes. As an employee of the food service industry for nearly 10 years, I was appalled. So now I’m told I have to wait another 30 minutes for my correct order. It is just insulting to think that they made a mistake and I simply have to «deal with it.» Essentially no attempt to correct the mistake they made. Bringing me an order, I don’t think in customer service terms, corrects the mistake. That’s just bringing me what I ordered, for instance how it was supposed to work the first time around. I used to order from here a couple times a week, but I will no longer order from them. Papa John’s you just got a new customer.

I would say check out the big brain on Brad but it just didn’t work that way. Brad was the manager for the night and ran a pretty shitty operation. I had issues with my pizza being correct and the fact that I asked for condiments that simply weren’t given to me. I asked the girl at the counter and she said hey we don’t have this. Well, why wouldn’t you tell me that when I was actually ordering my food there in person not over the phone. I asked to speak to the manager who was Brad and he could care less what I had an issue with. He was simply to busy to be bothered because while I was talking to him he just turned and went back to standing around doing nothing. Damn you Brad you are one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Thank you, for helping me never give you any business.
