This is the worst place to get pizza. I ordered two hand tossed pizzas and got one deep dish pizza that appeared to be an old pepperoni pizza that they piled new toppings on instead of disposing of it and making a fresh pizza. The second pizza was a severely undercooked thin crust pizza. I returned both pizzas to the store the day after I received them. I had to fight for a refund because I would NEVER use the store credit they offered. The girl that processed the refund told me it is not a corporate owned store but a franchise. Because they are a franchise, they usually do not offer refunds. NEVER order pizza here. This is not the first time I have received bad service or a bad product from this location. There is a 7 – 11 across Easton. Get your pizza at 7 – 11 before wasting time on this place.

We had to wait 45 min over the estimated delivery time and they cancelled the order without confirming with me. The girl i spoke with stated she was the general manager, but she swore alot and she was unaware she was on speaker and there were children around. We ended the call after resolution was not reached.

Never been so mad!!! Urgh… they didn’t show after an hour goes by I call. The young woman said she’s the GM and told me that they canceled it. WHY??? So after the young lady cussed I just hung up. Get it together pizza hut. Bad form!

Worst. Pizza. Hut. Ever. This location is down the street from me and is the only Pizza Hut within delivery so I have used this location many times and each time, not only the customer service, but the product seems to have gotten worse. One time, I waited on hold for 20 minutes after an order I had placed was 50 minutes late and cold by the time it got here. And any time something has not gone according to what has been promised or said, the workers have been extremely rude and displeasing. If looking to order from this Pizza Hut, I would warn you. There is a Lovers Pizza down the street that will take much better care of you from a costumer service point of view and their pizza is WAY better.

Worst costumer service ever. Don’t come here. The food is the only thing that gets this place stars. One evening we ordered pizza/wings from here. We were told it would arrive between 45 min. Normal, right? Well, after waiting an hour 1 ½ hrs I call to see what’s going on and I could barely get any type of response from the lady on the phone. She said«we just put it in the oven and it should be done soon». I asked for an estimated delivery time and she said about 15 min. Okay… so almost 2 hrs after we ordered the food gets to the house. Well, guess what… ITWASCOLD. How is something cold if it was«just put in the oven»? Exactly. I called back up there and didn’t get any type of explanation… just a «sorry, it’s been busy.» I demanded to talk to management. It was like pulling teeth to get any type of explanation from management. After they offered a small percentage refund(which was not even close to «compensation» for how we were treated). I had to fight and fight to get a full refund. Now, normally, I don’t fight for a full refund… but after being lied to & having to deal with the sass from the workers who answered the phone I felt it was completely necessary. I still had to jump through hoops to get the refund, but it was finally honored. They really need to work on their customer service. It’s horrible. I’d recommend you go to a different pizza hut.

I like Pizza Hut! They put a good amount of toppings on their pizzas, and scattered appropriately as well. It’s not gourmet food but it is affordable, quick and the leftovers heat up/travel well. And the employees at this location are always SO nice…

I really love thin crust pizza from pizza hut. Guilty pleasure! However this location has bad management, high employee turnover and inconsistent food. I wish I had another pizza hut that delivered near me. Please work on your customer service skills.

Seriously… what is it with this place? I recently moved about a mile down the road from this location. I like ordering from them since the pizza is usually decent enough and it doesn’t take too long. The first 2 – 3 times I ordered everything went like clockwork. The food arrived quick and was okay. But the last 3 – 4 times I haven’t even been able to order… period!!! I usually order online, but their website wouldn’t let me order what I wanted and then kept overcharging me so I gave up. Another time their website wouldn’t let me even log in. Here’s a hint to the morons in the IT Department at Pizza Hut… when someone needs to reset their password on a pizza order website, DON’T MAKETHEMWAITNEARLY45MINUTESBEFOREYOURSERVERFINALLYSENDSTHEPASSWORDRESET. By the time it finally arrived, I had already given up and ordered Chinese. And now, I found out that they are actually closed on Tuesday nights… really? As a result, I’m trying Atomic Pie just down the road in another direction.

I know it’s a chain but not all outlets are the same. On more than one occasion the dough has tasted stale. On more than one occasion the pizza was so salty that it was almost inedible, and I ordered black olive and mushrooms. For my money, and in this neighborhood, if you want chain pizza, Dominos or Papa Johns is way better.

It’s pizza hut — we all know how the food is. But, my $ 10 pizza(any size, any topping) cost me $ 17 and was 30 minutes late because the delivery person got lost. Did the management care? No.. . Why is it so hard to find good delivery these days?
