These guys STOLEMYTABLET. I had a repair done through a guy named Marvin who apparently either owned or managed the business. When I received my device back it was working fine for a couple of days and then it started having major glitches with the touch screen. Since that it’s what I sent in for in the beginning and the repair came with a thirty day warranty I met up with Marvin so he could take my tablet in again for repairs. Told me it would take a few days. I would calmly every few days and he would give an excuse about a part or some other difficulty. Then finally he stopped returning my calls. Never saw my tablet again. I have learned my lesson about dealing with middle men without seeing an actual store. BTW the address on his website is an office building he doesn’t even work in.

I was going to give this place a try after having an issue with my Google Tablet. Now I’m running far away from this crap company. Thank you for the helpful review!

I took my iPad in to repair a cracked screen. I took it in with an OtterBox case. I received a call from their«technician» two days later asking me how they removed the case. I thought they would know how to do this but I googled it and helped them out. It was later returned, I assumed, with no problems. When I took the OtterBox off, the corner of the screen was coming up and the home button was cracked. I took it back per their 90 day workmanship return policy. Keep in mind this was 12 days later. I took it in on Tuesday and the individual named Marvin said that it would be ready on Thursday. I didn’t get a call on Thursday so I waited and I called him on the day after. On Friday, he then said it would be ready maybe by Tuesday of the next week. I call again on Tuesday because AGAIN I didn’t get a call from Marvin with a status update. He said there was an issue with the home button connectivity and asked me to wait until Thursday. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I waited until Thursday… still no call. I called him on Friday and he doesn’t answer. He calls me back a while later stating it’s not ready as they needed my pass code to check the home button connectivity. This is now a week and a half after he said it would be ready. He never called me and left me a message indicating they needed the pass code. The following Monday and Tuesday have now passed with no progress and as of today, I’ve had a voicemail and three phone calls go unanswered. I’m wondering if I will ever even see my iPad again.
