Preston Hollow Dental Care

They Had me do a deep cleaning that was done in one visit.
I also had two crowns done. My insurance declined to pay because they thought the work was not needed. I went to see another dentist and he confirmed that I did not need none of the work done. Please avoid theses cooks.

The staff is professional and competent. I always feel good during and after cleanings and other procedures that the work has been properly done. They also offer free whitening for life which is awesome. I recently switched jobs and am now going to their sister office in Frisco/​Little Elm which is equally great. Everyone is nice and the work is great. I highly recommend them :-)

I was interested in doing invisalign and came here based on the recommendation of my dentist, Dr. Kim Jackson from Pure Dental. Dr. Jackson happens to be Dr. Hildebrand’s sister in law. If you’re looking for a good dentist, go to Dr. Jackson. I loved her and can honestly say she’s one of the best dentists I’ve been to. If you’re looking to do invisalign, continue looking. During my consultation I mentioned I was very price sensitive. After getting an estimate I learned that I could actually afford it and decided to proceed with it. Dr. Hildebrand was very vague on the details and I relied heavily on his assistant, Audrey for information. I didn’t know that invisalign express was only 10 trays. I questioned whether he decided to do invisalign express because he felt like I really only needed 10 trays or less, or because he knew it was more likely to be in my price range. To his credit, he was accommodating of my schedule and worked with me to get my trays up front so I wouldn’t have to come back every two weeks.
I had some complications and questions about my insurance and was referred to the «insurance specialist». Turns out the information she gave me was entirely wrong and could mean I wouldn’t be getting the $ 2,000 insurance coverage I had originally thought. For someone who’s title is «Insurance specialist» I would have appreciated her being more knowledgable on the subject.
During my last appointment, I came in a few minutes early and was greeted very rudely by a lady with brown frizzy hair at the reception. I can’t remember her name, but she was very unpleasant to talk to. There was a mix up with my appointment that I wasn’t happy about since I came from out of town just for this follow up. Instead of being apologetic about an oversight on their part, she was rude to me. My experience with her made me regret giving them my business in the first place.
I Also, while taking impressions for my retainer, he told me they would apply pressure in some areas to help straighten my teeth out a bit more. I tried them on as soon as I got them only to find there was no pressure at all! ‘m not 100% satisfied with the results of my treatment or my experience at Preston Hollow. As I mentioned before, if you’re looking for a good dentist, Dr. Jackson is it! If you’re considering invisalign I think you can find someone better, hopefully someone with a better receptionist, too!
