We had our whole house fitted with windows from Pro 1 recently. It was an excellent experience. Rhonda was very communicative, on time and a pleasure to work with. I just purchased 11 new double pane low E vinyl windows with argon gas for my home and I couldn’t be any happier. The installers were right on time and very professional. They worked very carefully during the installation and removal of all the old Windows and the proper disposal of all glass and window frames. My sales person Rhonda was right on top of things from the measurements to the final installation. Rhonda even assured I received the lowest price possible as a military veteran. As a veteran I took advantage of the VA home improvement loan while refinancing my home and Rhonda and her company were willing to work with me an my finance company. Hats of to Rhonda and Pro1 Windows and Doors for honoring and looking after military veterans. I highly recommend using Rhonda and Pro1 Windows and Doors for all your future home improvements.

Just moved into a 60 yr old home with original windows — yikes! We were originally going to have Renewal by Andersen do all the window replacements but their prices were absolutely outrageous. So we called Rhonda at Pro 1 and she came out right away to do an estimate and saved us thousands. She was fantastic to work with, as was Dan and the crew that did the actual installation. Super friendly people, the windows are absolutely beautiful (we got a picture window for our front room — I highly recommend), and great workmanship. The guys cleaned up after the job (swept our entire patio), completed the job on time and left the house so much better than they found it.

Rhonda and her team were great. We redid the windows for pretty much the entire house. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions in the beginning and gave me exactly what I was looking for. We had contacted 4 other window companies before her and her service was superior to all of them, by far. Once the windows were in, her team knocked out the installation in 2 days, even with some rain. I definitely recommend using Rhonda and her team at Pro 1.

Rhonda and the folks at Pro 1 are some of the most professional, hard working people I’ve ever come in contact with.

Wow! I was so impressed. Rhonda and Pro 1 have to be my new favorite people who work on my house. We had five 30-​year-​old windows replaced in our freezing cold living room. The windows look amazing, are more energy efficient, and also have better locks than our old windows. They did this whole installation in about 4 hours, and thoroughly cleaned up everything from the job. We will absolutely use them again for our future window and door upgrades.
