Publix Super Markets

The people here know your name and greet you with a smile. The selections are good and the store is clean.

I love the customer service here. They will make eye contact and small talk at the register, they will interact with your kids, they will greet you by name if they know it! When I walk down an isle passing someone restocking shelves I always get a «good morning» or «how are you»
They always offer to help me to my car (personally I’ve always found it a little absurd that they have to do that, and feel like they should only offer this when it seems fit *elderly, moms, very full carts, disabled, etc) I have seen bagboys wait for people at redbox before proceeding to help them to their car.
I tend to buy meat, seafood, produce at Kroger for the convenience and price however with publix, I save more money on the other stuff with coupons.
I will always drive out of my way to go to this publix for the prices, employees, food quality, and product selection.

The people at the store are super nice and there is a good variety of items found in the store. But, the prices can not match Walmart or Aldi. The lunch meat is really high!

I give this Publix 5 stars simply for the fact that their pre-​made cakes saved the day!
Last weekend was my aunt & uncle’s wedding annviersary and they were throwing a small gathering at their house. Silly me, I forgot to order the cake! I dashed in and went straight to the bakery, about to beg and plead about how soon they could whip one up.
To my surprise they had a whole cooler full of pre-​made cakes (who knew?). All I had to do was pick out a sheet cake and they put the wording on for free. Boom! Problem solved!
Everyone looooved the cake (but who wouldn’t, it’s Publix) and there wasn’t any left.
And to boot, I have a growing disdain for Wal-​MArt. I don’t really feel like walking the length of a football field just to get toothpaste, eggs, and milk. I can dash in Publix and get what I need, all without the time wasted in line or playing death race for a parking spot.
Plus the produce in Publix is always fresher and hasn’t been picked over all day by hundreds of customers.
