Poor customer service. Bought a pair of gauges and realized I bought the wrong kind(double flared instead of screw on flared. Walked back in to get the correct kind and they would exchange. I didn’t want a refund, just an exchange to get the correct kind. The customer service was really poor as they would consider it. In fIr EDX the person helping me did call the manager who basically repeated the no. I literally walked out the door walked to the next shop and back to the smoke shop. On general principle I’ll never purchase anything here again.

Pretty good shop, just don’t expect them to go too out of their way to help you find something specific you are looking for. Pretty knowledgeable staff, and good security policies in place.

It’s a fairly large specialty shop. This is the first I have been to in TX. It was very expensive however they all seem to be these days; based on the 3 that i have been in over the last 5 – 6 years. They took 2 stars away from this review because I was standing next to a customer who was looking at one of the ‘pen’ like devices. I am familiar with these so I started talking to him and told him one thing to be careful of when using those, otherwise the item will break. One of the guys working there didn’t want me talking to the other customer about the product. He interrupted us and stood between us and just shut me out. Fair enough. I was just trying to help a fellow out. Had the guy been somewhat decent in jumping into our conversation then it would be one star detection. But he Damn near stepped on my toes, in the litteral sense. I spent 14 dollars there and am happy with what I got although I had to scour the store to find something that I felt was reasonably priced. Would I go back? Sure, if I had to. I don’t visit these places often.
