Puma

The sales pressure in this store is outrageous. I visited this store a few weeks ago and upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by one of their female employees. She constantly walked beside me trying to make a sale. I said thank you a couple of times and stated I was only looking around. She continued to pressure me into buying their products, informing me of what was on sale, what was new, etc. After getting frustrated at the pressure, I turned around and attempted to walk out the door. She followed me almost to the exit making a few last attempts to make a sale. I finally turned around and said, «I’m leaving the store because of the sales pressure. People don’t want to be bothered that much.» She looked at me and without taking a breath, she said with a hint of attitude, «bye!» This is unacceptable behavior. I called their corporate office to file a complaint but the person they forwarded me to did not answer. I left a message and to my surprise, my call was not returned. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here, and I’ll never go back!
