Pump It Up

Fun place my daughter loves it! But the whole place is covered with dust if you have asthma or allergies this place is not for u they need to do some serious cleaning! It’s pretty dusty up there and there was bloody bandaids on the slides I love this place but will not be returning until it’s cleaned

We had our daughter’s fifth birthday here and both arenas were fun despite the attendants disappearing for 10 – 15 minutes.
Now the staff was not as organized nor did the manager pass through to check on the staff, the coordinator was nice yet could have been more informative about the checkout process. For example, I forgot to pay while loading up the truck with gifts/​cake. My husband goes back to pay and the gal tells him that she was surprised he came back! He asked why and she said, most that leave don’t come back to pay. Really?! And we forgot to purchase the photos! Agains we have to go back instead of them up selling those items.
On the day of making the reservation, Monday, same week as the party on Sunday, Heather tells me there will be a note telling them to discount $ 20 on your account because i did a late reservation. Needless to say, we had to go back after we forgot to pay, second time to get the $ 20 discount and purchase the pictures they took while your party is going in the arenas. Very inconvenient.
I just checked to see the pictures today and now I see it’s to another party! Very disappointed in the service, bad experience one after another, and Eve the manager was very nonchalant about the situation when calling her back to see if she found my party’s pictures. Eve was very unprofessional and after telling her my overall experience, all she was focused on was the person who told my husband about «people walking out happens quit often!

We did a birthday party here, and I was impressed. This place has improved greatly since my daughter’s birthday party here two years ago. They had a couple of new bounce houses in the first room that were much needed. The staff was a complete 180 of what was experienced previously; super helpful and great attitudes.
I was worried about the place being hot: warehouse layout, 100 degrees outside, 50 people running around. Surprisingly, the ac was working great!
They contract with Mr. Jims pizza. It was pretty good; better than what you would get at other kids parties.
