I like Quik Trip no matter the location. I literally passed by plenty of gas stations before getting here. I had to add this location because it’s a new location. I’m the 1st to check-in & do a review here. I’ve been here twice– I knew they was building– just didn’t know the were finish. Both visits was cool & the people was nice both times. It’s like all others– from drink, food, gas, and etc. Nice location for this business.

Great for an oil change-cant speak for repairs or anything else, but to get an oil change they’re quick and don’t try to push thins on you that you don’t really need.

I have been to this place at least 3 or 4 times, each time hoping for a better experience. Actually forget experience, it’s just a car shop. I have been to this place at least 3 or 4 times, each time hoping to have my car fixed without being being condescended and patronized. Each time it gets worse. 1. Mechanics are subpar. 2. Dude who I think is in charge of this place(skinny, tall, mustache, grey haired) got issues. 1. Here’s why: the power steering on my car went out — pump was broken, fluids were leaking, you know the deal. Brought my car here, and I simply described the problem as «my car is really hard to turn when I’m going at low speeds.» Man says he will have it looked at, come back in a few hours. Came back in a few hours, he says they could not find anything wrong. Went to the mechanics at the dealer where I bought the car, and power steering issues were diagnosed. 2. Here’s why: not sure where to begin. The man in charge seems to have his mind set on answering only the first two questions you ask. Any more and he will respond with a slurred«I don’t know,» an expression of impatience, and a very clearly implied«stop asking me questions.» When someone has an attitude, you just know it. It’s an ineffable thing. And every time I went to this shop, I feel like I’m not welcome.

I took my car into this Midas location for an estimate and possible repair on my car. While I appreciated them taking a look at it and giving me a quote free of charge on parts and labor, the parts price alone was twice the amount that they are listed for elsewhere. When I went to pick up the car the guy literally threw my keys(while dealing with another customer) across the counter shrewdly telling me «Here’s your keys. Have a nice day». Then once he was through with his current customer I went to the counter to pick up my keys and he said again«You can take your keys since we’re not doing anything on your car». Very rude and he could care less about customer service. Thanks again for taking a look at my car but I will never return for any service on my car due to overcharging and the poorest customer service.
