Really bad experience. The owner seems nice but the people who run the shows, well, not good. And some of the bands are just disappointing. Crowds are small and sound is poor. Way to much feedback. Won’t be back. Too many other good places in the area.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Dallas, TX
Back in the day, Red Blood Club(now RBC) was the best punk venue in Dallas. Unfortunately, it died out like things do, but it is back and I couldn’t be happier. RBC is still a place to catch great underground bands, especially ones that play heavier than most. I went on a night to see a friend’s boyfriend’s band play, and had a chance to see like 5 – 6 bands for $ 15! That is crazy good. Also, I hear the cost of booze is really reasonable. I’m unsure of this because I wasn’t buying. I do know that the pours were strong and I truly appreciated that. The biggest changes I’ve seen from then to now has to be the seating. I couldn’t believe how nice the chairs were! That’s a saving grace for me now versus when I was a young pup in the 90’s. This is the deal, if you love metal and punk and you want to see this scene thrive again, please support RBC. The scene is what we make it and you as the consumer have so much pull at the end of the day. We need venues like this one to stick around because their form of grittiness is basically a unicorn in this city. I’d hate to see this venue have to close again due to lack of community support. The rowdy energy I loved seemed so muted and I believe that the return of those who really love the scene can return it to its former glory.
