Recycle Revolution makes being environmentally responsible, EASY. Pull up to the site and you’ll find large bins labeled for different products: plastic bottles, glass bottles, paper, other plastics. You can bring your batteries and broken electronics here to recycle for a small fee. Either sort your own stuff into the bins or have someone who works there do it for you. The location is hidden and is right next to the police station on Taylor/Chestnut St.

Recycle Revolution is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Since my apt building doesn’t have any options for residents to recycle, I now have a place where I can drop it all off & be an environmentally responsible, water-bottle-drinking, take-out eating Dallasite: D yay(drop-off Mon-Fri 8a-5) RR also picks up all recyclables frm apartment buildings(& any other type of business), so my neighbors & I are gong to go speak w the leasing office & request that our apt building do this giving the residents an option to recycle.(keep your fingers crossed!!)

MAKE A DIFFERENCE! This is a great little place to serve your recycling needs! Nice folks and I come every once and a while to drop off my recyclables that I can’t do through the city. They can do items ranging from plastic to paper all the way to HaRM(hard to recycle) materials e.g. styrofoam. They also do composting now! Some items may cost money e.g. styrofoam and compost so check the website to make sure:

I love this business. They do events that our educational and fun as well. They will recycle anything except for tin-foil and stickers I do believe! They will also try to sort any re-usable items and also accept restaurant scraps & compost. The events they throw are fun and usually involve beer, food trucks, documentaries, arts & crafts, and workshops,

I’ve only used RR for drop-off recycling and loved it! It’s totally free to drop off(except for some weird items, batteries maybe?) and you sort it yourself. You can actually drive in through the gate and pull up to the warehouse. The people are super friendly, knowledgable, and nice– exactly how you’d expect people who dedicate their lives to recycling! They have a chicken coop, and will gladly give you a tour. I also love the community aspect. They offer customer education(which you get just by talking when you drop off!) but they are also involved in other sustainable efforts around town, and host parties too.

Had to call them 3 times to get a pickup scheduled. They picked up some e-waste form our company and sent us an invoice which we promptly paid the day we received it. They have since tried to bill us 2 more times over the course of 3 months with amounts that differed from the original invoice we received. Hopefully they are just disorganized and not completely shady.
