If I could give it less stars I would. I’ve gone there a few times because I like that they are help rescue dogs. But half of the clothes they sell are incredibly dirty and grimey, or torn. You won’t get a discount for it being that way either.(and I’m not even talking about the clothes on the 99 cents rack, ugh) Not to mention the suspicious stains on most of the furniture sold there. On two separate occasions I’ve gone there and upon my browsing found several cups and bowls filled with pee. When I alerted the cashier she just shrugged and says there’s a guy that comes in roughly three or four times a month and does that but they haven’t caught him yet. Yet made ZERO move to go remove the glasses for the rest of the 15 minutes I was there. She just sat behind the counter texting. Overall rude cashiers, dirty clothes and furniture, and unusable everything. Absolutely disgusting place. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

This thrift store is fantastic! My boyfriend and I were passing through Dallas on a cross-country road trip and he lost his camera and I got a hole in my shoe, and lo and behold, we found a really cool camera and awesome shoes, plus a bunch of lovely clothes and cat toys, all for under $ 15!!! All the money supports the animal rescue which is the best cause. Go here!!!

I do LOVE this Thrift Store! The prices are great, along with a wide variety of merchandise(clothing, shoes, toys and games, collectibles, frames, housewares, etc) to select from. From funky modern cool retro pieces to pretty antique furniture, there’s a lot of eye candy inside. The store is extremely well organized and clean and I found a number of neat purchases(miniatures, fabric, felt, ribbon) for a future project(clothespin dolls). The owner is very conscientious and works really hard to provide a great thrift shopping experience for the customers.

I went looking for a 90s outfit, no luck. Rescue Thrift Store, is pretty small. They have a little bit of everything, and it’s clean too. I really enjoyed how everything is really organized and easy to find. Not like other small thrift stores where they just pack everything and you can’t even move. I did not use the 20% off Unilocal coupon. It’s an awesome deal though.

From the outside looks like it would be much. There is something about it I liked. I didn’t find what I was looking for, but I will go back to browse around just to see what I can find.

They have a huge selection of clothing, furniture and even pet supplies! And if you drop off your donations here, you will be helping homeless pets in the Dallas area. The owners are fabulous and work very hard to provide their customers with great deals and at the same time help the less fortunate pets in our town. Stop by and shop on!

Plenty of cool items both big and small. Store owners very fair– gave me awesome unmarked items for $ 1 each. If you can see the value and character in the items this place is for you. $ 5 min for credit cards. Limited furniture but still available.

Been here a few times now, not for me but taking a teenaged girl who loves thrift store hopping. Store is large and doesn’t feel crowded which is great. Plenty of selection in the clothes area. I didn’t scope out furniture or anything. Is it a perfect place? No. but what thrift store is? I’ve found highly damaged items in more upscale resale shops. You just have to look and if you do you will find some real gems. My teenager is still hopping up and down after the surprise treasure she found today in the clothes section. Only real negative is the location. Felt a little sketchy even in broad daylight.

Love this place! Went there for the first time today with the intention of finding some new furniture pieces to refurbish and I hit the jackpot. Within minutes I found a great end table for $ 12 and a writers desk that is going to look amazing in my entryway for $ 21. They will hold your pieces for up to 5 days(which is awesome because I haven’t previous had anyone do anything past 48 hrs). Will definitely be frequenting this place in the future. Attendant said that they get new inventory every weekend.

This place was pretty dingy. Couldn’t really find anything worth buying, prices were average. The thing that really got to me were all the various weird smells I encountered while walking through different parts of the store. Yarg. Very off-putting. Not in love with that part of town either so safe to say I won’t be going back.

I thought the store seemed picked over, stale, and high. It doesn’t matter if you’re «well organized» if you’re organizing deck chairs on the Carnival Triumph. So, even though it’s between two of my preferred thrifts I don’t stop here.

I can’t believe this little gem has been hiding in my backyard and I’m just now finding it! This is a fantastic thrift store that is well organized, very fairly priced, staffed by friendly ladies that actually know what their items are worth and is full of absolutely anything and everything. They were having a sale on furniture items the day I visited(20% off) so my damn near brand new $ 20 bathroom cabinet was only $ 16. Not bad for something that I would’ve paid at least $ 60 for at Target. Throw in a porcelain coated cast iron tea kettle for $ 10(The Google says similar items start at $ 50) and I scored big and felt like a bargain hunting expert. I’m assuming they rotate sale days for different departments but that’s just an assumption. Trust me, I’ll be coming back to test that theory. There are tons of clothing items but I was really impressed with their selection of household items and furniture. They also guarantee their electronic items, unlike many other thrift stores that sell as is and offer no returns for broken items. This is my new go-to store for decorating my new house on a tight budget.

When it comes to thrift stores this place reigns pretty high for formerly loved furniture. Indeed, it’s a little rough around the edges concerning the location and appearance, but after a closer look this place boasts a pretty well-rounded inventory of home goods. Ranging from blouses, shoes to old televisions and VHS tapes. Fair warning to the vintage vixens — this place is not your average trendy vintage find. Though you may find ironically cute finds, it caters more towards to customer truly trying to find an inexpensive, but functional, piece for your home. The store is very clean and amongst all of the goodies, they manage to keep it easy to navigate. Aisles and aisles of goodies await you at this fun find. Perk Alert — proceeds go to the North Texas Animal Shelter.

Went to this thrift store on Saturday. It was clean and organized and with very reasonable prices. There were many great items, furniture, housewares, etc. The owner was friendly and uses proceeds to benefit his animal rescue. Also everything in the store is 20% off on the weekends! x

This is the best kept secret of East Dallas thrift stores. Everything is well organized and in acceptable condition. Prices are beyond reasonable. Selection is fantastic. AND the money goes to charity! What more could you ask for?
