I’m a new tenant and I love it here. Not just because of the location but because of the friendliness and immense effort the agents and workers are willing to put in to satisfy us.
Having lived and countless apartments and dealt with numerous management, I can say that this has been by far the most pleasant.

Couldn’t be happier with my housing decision. Very welcoming, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend Riverfalls at Bellmar to anyone who is apartment hunting.

Absolutely love this property, especially the upgrades within the units. Plus, the location is ideal (right off 75) to bar hop throughout Knox and Uptown. I’d suggest this community to anyone looking in the area!

I am currently a resident at Riverfalls. When it rains my apartment smells like mold. It doesn’t take too much to flood in from the ceilings & the door when it rains either. The tow truck company they hire is crooked. They will tow your car, & use their lock smith to break into the car, take the sticker off the inside in the window, & charge you to get the car out. I have the all on film & am currently in a law suit with the tow company. The power goes out for a handful of hours at least once a week. The «renovation» pretty much means they put wood laminate flooring down, cheap marble counters, & spray painted over the dirt of the previous owners. It’s hardly a real renovation, but the front office is done nicely for show. If you ever need help the office is most often unreachable. The appliances upon moving in did not work properly. The neighbors sell drugs & are loud & disrespectful & the management does nothing about it even though they say the will. The fact they they charge as much as they do is a joke & is based on the false advertising that they market themselves as. There are bad bug problems. They come in on a regular basis to put bug repellent in your apartment, but it does not work for long. They will not notify you if maintenance is coming. I returned one day to find them finally fixing a crack in the window, but no one was actually working on it at the time. A window panel was missing, my front door was unlocked, but no one was here. Who knows how long my home had been unattended for. When going to the front office to ask about the issue no one was there & the office was locked. The windows are old & cheap. If they lock it is determined by the weather when the wood expands & contrasts. Good luck keeping your windows lock when they contrast! This problem will also happen with the locks on the doors & I frequently get locked out of my apartment. Originally when I first complained about the window not locking their solution was to glue the windows shut. Which is both a fire hazard & illegal. Then upon me complaining of my windows being glued shut, when they were trying to get it unglued the window cracked. The issue with the windows not locking still has not been fixed & it was been about 2 months since first mentioned. The water from the faucet comes out almost as white as milk. Unsure what is in the water, but I don’t like brushing my teeth, showering in it, or drinking it.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL REGRET IT. IVE MOVED ALMOST 20 TIMES & THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. FAKE AS THEY COME.
