Sage Pointe Apartments

All I can say is terrible place to live stay far away Can’t wait till my lease is up I have a dinosaur living above me I went to office they didn’t do anything about it someone keeps leaving there trash by my door complained about it the bag is still there it’s been a week the parking is terrible it’s rare that you find a parking spot by your building dirty pools trash cans always over flowing instead of putting the bags in the can they just sit them beside it even if there is barely any trash in them and to top it all off the I can hear when the dinosaur above me is having sex

This is by far the worst apartments that I have ever lived in there are roaches everywhere a bedbug infestation and fleas the office staff is incredibly rude thank God my lease is almost up and I can move out of this terrible place the parking spaces are way too small my truck has been hit three times and has been broken into for the stereo and speakers all four instances about $ 4000 worth of damage and the management staff does nothing about it everyone is incredibly loud and has no control over their kids there is also a lot of prostitution and drug trafficking that goes on the police and fire department are here every day last week a woman knocked on my door and asked my boyfriend if he needed some «company» i could not believe it when I complain about these things to the office staff they told me that «crime doesn’t have a ZIP Code» and it will be like this anywhere it’s worth paying a little more for rent so that you don’t have to live in a place like this

Sat night i came home to water flowing out my front door. I called after hours maintenance and in under 2.5 hours the problem was fixed my carpets had been pulled up and the wet padding removed and my kitchen was cleaned. The men where courteous and helpful. They pulled out all my appliances and cleaned behind them. They could not have gotten it done any quicker.
