Scrubs & Beyond

Scrubs & Beyond is the only place we’re allowed to order our scrubs from for work due to a limitation in color and styles that are acceptable. No problem. When I ordered my scrubs the first time, I had no issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The second time, the staff was equally great as my previous experience except this time one of the scrub pants I wanted never got ordered until my follow-​up call to them one month after my order was placed to inquire about the status of the order. The order was resubmitted and since the petite pants were backordered, it took another 2 months before they arrived. No big deal, I could manage with on what I had on hand. But when I went to go pick up my order recently, my top was the wrong size and style. The lady assisting me tried to rectify the situation but I decided to just take what ended up coming in bc I couldn’t wait longer for a new one. Despite my disappoint me in the wait time of my second order, I’ve always had a good interaction with the staff here both in person and over the phone.

I’m about to start volunteering at a hospital, and I read Unilocal reviews and thought this place had some of the best. While I was there, the employees were very helpful. They also gave me a discount for being a volunteer since I had my badge. The selections are a little unorganized, but it’s also not too overwhelming. I had to buy only white ones, but if you have more flexibility in your uniform it looks like they have some cute holiday/​themed scrubs! I ended up getting Grey’s Anatomy scrubs because they were the most comfortable fabric.

The selection is good, although I cannot emphasize enough how heinous the customer service is. There was only one other customer in the store, and I was completely ignored by the two saleswomen. One was named Ariane, the other name I didn’t catch. She watched me struggling to get down some tops that I could not reach and finally halfheartedly helped me. I spent far more time in the store then I would have liked because neither of them could be bothered to assist me in the slightest. I hardly even write reviews, but I was so taken aback by how horrible the salespeople were, I had to comment in hopes someone would see it and give the employees some kind of training or something!

FYI: the DIRECTIONS from Unilocal are WRONG!!! The directions to the Northwest Hwy location took me to no where land!!! Waste of time and gas!

Awesome selection. Bad customer service. Lady practically kicked us out of the store. And charged us the wrong price for some scrub pants.

I’m just starting a job where scrubs are a good idea. I bought a set at W*****rt that were Ok. Then I went Scrubs & Beyond. Less expensive and much friendlier and more helpful. I will definitely go back.

Went in for the 1^st time today. The staff was very helpful. Jessica gave me some good tips on differences between two brands I was looking at. She was very pleasant and accommodating. It’s great to know that there is such a great scrub store so close to my house! I’ll definitely be back.

The first time I came here I received decent service. The clerk was nice and helpful, assisting me get tops down from their HIIIIGH clothing racks, but her attitude seemed a bit aloof, like I was disturbing her day even though I was the only customer in the store. She did give me the hospital discount though, even though I didn’t have my ID card yet (new employee) and only had my offer letter on my email to show her.
HOWEVER.
The second time I went in, I got excellent service from a clerk named Jessica (not 100% sure on the name). She was SUPER sweet and helpful, getting me different sizes — y u so small Grey Anatomy scrubs? — and letting me know they can order sizes for me for free. It would take about 7 – 10 business days to come in. I ended up getting a set I was happy with and even chatted with Jessica at the cash register for a few minutes about business and random stuff.
Great personal service. I left extremely satisfied! Compared to some of the scrub stores I went to in Fort Worth, this place has a much bigger selection of styles and brands. Loved their accessories section as well.

i found some scrubs i liked on their online store, but instead of ordering online, i wrote down the SKU number and size/​colors i wanted and went to the store to order it to get free shipping and my 10% discount on top of it. they were super helpful and nice when i ordered in person, and about a week later i got a call saying they had my shipment in. i arrived and tried the scrubs on and went ahead and purchased them.
super super nice and helpful people work here. not exactly the cheapest scrubs you can find, but they carry a large selection online and a few in store. my iguana meds and my urbane scrubs aren’t cheap, but i expect these to last longer than the cheapo free ones i get from the hospital.
