Let me start by saying Serveway is a great company! We had them come do our spring tune up this past spring, and then in the middle of the summer on a Saturday our AC stopped working. Brian, came to our rescue and got it working for us, informed us of some not so great news, and then was very honest about how we needed to handle the problem. I’m always weary of AC companies because most are not honest, Serveway is honest and reliable with outstanding customer service! They are now the only company I will call.
