So impressed with this place. We purchased our new mattress 10 months ago and the shopping experience and delivery were seamless. They even delivered on New Years Day! While we liked the mattress, my husband and I both started experiencing shoulder pain and numbness in the hands and at first chalked it up to getting older or the wrong pillow. It was only after sleeping in other beds on a couple of trips that we realized the mattress was simply too firm for side sleepers. We decided to test the«love your mattress 1 year guarantee» and went back today to find a better option. Aaron Verigan greeted us upon arrival and was very welcoming and receptive when we said we weren’t happy with our purchase. He set our mind at ease right away that this would be a simple transaction. He was really good at steering us to the best softer alternatives and was very knowledgable about the technical difference between each. We quickly chose our favorite and since we made a decision before 1pm and there was availability in the schedule, we actually got a delivery time for the SAMEDAY! They said between 5−8pm and they called early at 4:10pm to see if we might be home for an early delivery. This experience has made us customers for life. Beds are expensive and it really sets our mind at ease to know we have a lot of time to test it out. We’ll be getting all our beds here.

My partner and I have been looking for a new bed for quite a while. We went into Sleep Experts and were treated by a very professional and knowledgable salesman named John Stovall. He did the computerized bed test for us and then showed us our best options. We chose an iComfort Prodigy Ever feel mattress set. It was delivered yesterday and we had the best night sleep! I am telling all my friends and family to go and see John Stovall. Amazing bed at a great price and magnificent customer service

One of the worst experiences EVER. The salesman, Bruce, seemed knowledgeable but turns out was using every trick in the book to lasso me in. Part of that was my fault in that I fell for it! I know better! I had walked in unprepared & no research to speak of– big mistake! They have some bed you lay on to analyze your sleep habits. Who knows if that is even accurate, but once I thought about it, probably a flashy tool to steer you to what they need to sell inventory-wise. I did try laying on several of the beds(several minutes for each mattress) the computer recommended for my particular needs, purchasing the one I liked best. Bruce did knock $ 100 bucks off the msrp & set delivery for 4 days later(4−8pm delivery window). I received a delivery confirmation call the evening before. I sat around that afternoon/evening waiting for 4 hours, then 15 min. before the end of the window, got a call from«Bruce» telling me the mattress was not even in stock but would be the next day & he wanted me to re-schedule for the next Sunday evening(1 week later). Told him to forget it & ended up hanging up on him. Then he called to tell me the delivery was scheduled for the next Mon. In the meantime(back at the ranch), I sent an email to the Sleep Experts«Executive Team” — absolutely NO response &, in my opinion, not very«executive’ish». Two days later, I called«Bruce». He, of course, had no idea who I was, so I asked for the district manager’s name & number. He, by chance, was there @ the store. I explained to him what happened & he seemed unconcerned. I know he could tell how upset I was but I guess he didn’t care– ended up hanging up on him also… Two days ago, I contacted the corporate office, explained to the gal the history. I was told she was going to pass it on to some«executive» & not one word from them. Maybe, they just think I’m too bitchy… lol Long story short, I ended up online, reading all the reviews(I know, I know– never buy a mattress online… right?) but I threw in the towel& ordered a Saatva luxury firm. Great reviews for Saatva, less $$($ 899 vs $ 1300) & fantastic, professional service. It arrives in a week,. Delivery & set-up service + $ 99 + old matt take-away– $ 35 additional BUTNOTAX. They also have a 45day try-out period– you pay ship back w/prompt refund. With Saatva I have a personal consultant w/direct # to contact… which is nice. My advice? Read the reviews, people. On Saatva– you really can’t go wrong… I’d advise everyone who’s taken the time to read this diatribe, to avoid SE at all costs… good luck, they make a mattress purchase totally confusing on purpose, difficult to navigate the REAL facts & almost all of ‘em are out to rip you off!!!

No longer a family owned/run company Sleep Experts now belongs to Mattress Firm and that means confusion at point of sale combined with shoddy delivery and loads of mistakes. This one star is solely for the nice people who work in this store but if you actually want what you purchase in a reasonable time frame, do not shop here.

I highly recommend Sleep Experts! I have back problems and Natalie and Joe have gone way above and beyond to help me find the best mattress. We have purchased 4 mattress from Sleep Experts and their knowledge and excellent customer service has made us customers for life!

Pros: Knowledgable and helpful staff(Natalie), 1 year love your mattress guarantee, recycle your old mattress for Genesis shelter Cons: Limited selection, must wait 60 days to exchange if needed I was looking for a new mattress the weekend before 4th of July. The last mattress I purchased was at Sam’s Club many years ago. I visited Weir’s and Mattress Firm prior to visiting Sleep Experts. Weir’s staff was friendly, but not as knowlegable as Natalie at Sleep Experts and they won’t remove your old mattress. The salesperson I spoke to at Mattress Firm wasn’t nearly as helpful as Natalie. I selected a mattress with Natalie’s help. Unfortunately, I didn’t do my research about the type of mattress I chose until after I made the purchase. I ended up doubting my purchase and went back to select a new mattress. I wanted a Tempur-Pedic, but couldn’t justify spending that much money. Natalie did what she could to try to find me a Tempur-Pedic within my budget, but I went with another mattress. She helped me arrange a delivery time that would work with the freight elevator schedule at my highrise. She explained the mattress that would be delivered might be firmer than the one I tried in-store and that’s the reason for the 60-day waiting period if you decide you need to exhange. This logic makes sense in my head, but my lower back doesn’t appreciate the wait time. I’ve had my new mattress for 2 weeks and I’ve experience more lower back pain in the last 2 weeks than I have in the past several years. I’m hoping this is just due to the adjustment period as I really don’t want to exchange or be in pain much longer. Overall, I recommend Natalie and Sleep Experts

I purchased a mattress on Black Friday, and gave it about 2 months, and decided it wasn’t what I wanted. So, in late January, I visited the store and asked if I could change out the size and the firmness of the mattress, but still get the«Black Friday» price, and it was no problem at all. Joe was beyond helpful and he not only honored the same deal as I would have gotten if I had originally purchased the mattress that I now love, but he threw in a free mattress protector as well. Amazing customer service with very friendly and knowledgeable people… highly recommend Sleep Experts and definitely recommend working with Joe and/or Natalie.
