Bought $ 10,000.00 in bikes and accessories from this shop late summer. We bought two Stromer bikes and accessories which are pedal assist. After not using the bikes for a month one showed up locked. On Sunday called the store manager only to be told to call Manufacturing headquarters in Switzerland! We called twice and met with total disdain and don’t call back we can’t help you. Total management failure, the gentleman made sure to let us know he was the manager. Have left and email for Stromer and will contact the owner of this store. Do not spend money at this location if you want any support for your purchase outrageously poor behavior and lack of business acumen.

Small planet offers both sales and rentals of e-bikes. We came here before using reservations in San Francisco to E-Bike across the Golden Gate Bridge. We took a ride through not only Bishop Arts but to the Kessler park neighborhood. 3 hours $ 20.00 a head. I will come back and tour more of Dallas. Thanks James !!!

I put my car in the shop for repair and decided to rent an electric bike for transportation in the meantime. I worked with Zach, he was great. He delivered and picked up the bike to my home. The bike was fantastic and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend the shop and encourage you to check them out.

My neighbor had this bike and was cruising around my neighborhood when I ran out and jumped her «What is this I say» an E bike says she… OMG I’ve got to go check it out. Well one little test ride later and I’m throwing my credit card at Tom (the owner) here just take it dam it, I’ve got to have it, well the rest is history, and can I say its the BEST thing I EVER bought myself. Free delivery too and I didn’t live close, but I LOVE MY BIKE!!!

This is a great addition to Oak Cliff! The owner is from the OC and returned here to open this shop! It fits right in with our «to hip for you» atmosphere in Bishop Arts… ;)
There are a variety of styles to chose from and he just got the Paypal pay me later financing setup. A bike will cost you around 2k… but it’s electric and goes up to 20 mph. Depending on which one you chose it can range up to 30 miles per charge or 30 to 50… depends on your distances needed… I mean I only live 5.5 miles from work, so I could go to work and back without even blowing the full charge.
I think I saw something about rentals… but you’ll want to call or stop by to ask more about it. Go by, browse the inventory and see what you think!
