Terrible customer service. Was standing at the cash register for 3 mins before being greeted, even though employees were standing 2 feet from me. Cashier didn’t say one word during the transaction.

The best place ever to get a great post-work out Smoothie!!! The Berry Carrot Dream is my favorite. The staff and manager are all very customer focused and friendly. Besides being an awesome group of people, they know their smoothies…

Still rolling strong! I love this particular location above all others I have frequented. They are most consistent when it comes to the flavor and texture of my blends. I also think the management, Stacie I think, is amazeballs! She just freaking rocks along with her staff. I think they are starting to know me by heart now… but maybe one day I will try something different just don’t hold your breathe. Thanks Smoothie King Mockingbird!!!

I love smoothie king, but this location has to get more people working there. I’ve been in the past two weeks on a Friday morning when it has been packed and there is only one person working. Waiting for a smoothie for 20 minutes is not okay when you are trying to get to work.

The staff is very fun and I’m loving the recent remodel! The blenders are brand new so it makes the perfect smoothie.

If your location is shut down due to construction you might want to update the website/app. Also when someone calls the # listed, a voicemail greeting«this location closed due to renovations might b nice».

Opens early and the service is quick. Can’t go wrong with a smoothie pickup after a great run on Katy trail.

If I could give them half of one star I would. I’ve come to smoothie king for a very long time and ordered the exact same drink everytime. A skinny slim n trim soy vanilla small smoothie. Only once did it taste flavorless and when I told them it was remade for me with no argument. I went in today and ordered my typical drink. The idiotic people at the registered today starting arguing with me about my order and refused to remake it to my specification. NEVERAGAIN!

First off I love Smoothie Kings. This location I had never been too so after a work out I walked in trying to use my Birthday coupon and ive used their other similar promo«buy one get one free smoothie». Since I usually go alone after my work outs I never need two separate smoothies and have had them make two smalls and combined them. The guys working did not grasp the idea of that nor would make two Smoothies… even though I said I could just combine them myself. They stared blankly at me as if I was asking them algebra questions. Obviously I hope they were high as kites cause no one should be that dim witted. Another con was the fact it was burning hot in there so overall it wasn’t the best experience. I needed my protein so I got one smoothie and used the other one today with no problem at the forest location.

I’ve had minor problems with this place before, mostly concerning the quality of the smoothies as some I order have the consistency of actual smoothies, and others have had the consistency of milk. Because of this, I got into the habit of asking for my smoothies to be on the«thicker side» and that seemed to help, but some employees would still give me what tasted and felt like a melted milkshake. At around 6 bucks a cup(for a small) this irked me slightly, but I continued to go back. HOWEVER, because of them recently going«corporate» — a term I have yet to fully understand — the prices have increased; Today, I ordered a small Lean1 Strawberry smoothie with peanut butter«on the thicker side»(my staple, which is usually pretty damn good), and I yet again received a watery version of what I wanted, only this time instead of costing $ 6, it cost about $ 7.50 and that’s where I draw the line: $ 7.50 for a small cup of strawberry protein MILK? A full meal of carbs, protein, and fats from the Burger King down the road for about the same, if not less, amount of money is sounding like a pretty good alternative…

Is there something about the year 2012 that makes smoothie places change their menus to be entirely impossible to comprehend? Is there someone in marketing who is like, this year, we’ll reorganize the menu so that items are grouped randomly and dispersed among brightly colored backgrounds? Nutritional information? Pffffft! Who would want to be able to easily discern how many calories the smoothie they are ordering contains? No one! Especially not the people who use the gym that is located about this particular smoothie shop. No, definitely not them. When I go to a new smoothie place in this day and age, I know I’m in for a mindf*ck. Not only can I not tell what dimensions the different smoothies vary along(e.g., dairy vs. juice based, only fruit, yogurt, protein) but it’s also impossible to tell how fat you’ll get from ordering each size, and most of the time what the sizes even are is hard to figure out. At this particular location, nothing makes sense. The people who work there are really nice, and patient — when I go in I always spend no less than 40 minutes trying to figure out what to order, and this is after spending 20 minutes in the car trying to google my way out of the problem. Getting a smoothie should not be this hard! I just want something that isn’t über sugary. Because of how impossible I find the menu to discern, I always get a different flavor, and I’m usually disappointed. It’s not because smoothie king is bad, it’s just that their menu is bad. The menus at other smoothie chains has also become unintelligible recently though, as if there is some kind of mind rot going on amidst the higher ups who design them. If you can just point to an item on the menu and be happy with it, like pointing to a place on a spinning globe and going there on vacation, then smoothie king is for you!

I was super excited to discover a Smoothie King by my house. I asked the clerk if the pineapple surf smoothie had any dairy products in it because I have a allergy. He assured me it didn’t and on I went. Getting to my car I realized that there was in fact whey in the protein powder… One of the things I am allergic to. I went back in and asked if they could make it again without the vanilla protein. They were very apologetic and remade my smoothie without the powder. I gave 3 stars, because of this little goof up. However we all know now.

I use to go to this location 5 times per week a few years ago when I live on lower greenville. All I wanted was a basic meal replacement smoothie but the were out of inventory. Being out of something that is a specialty is not good. I had to drive to SMOOTHIEFACTORY to get my fix!

I like this location as I routinely stop in on my way home from the lake when I’m quite famished. I’ve visited numerous times and have yet to have a bad or unpleasant experience. There are tons of options whether you want something light, low carb, high protein, or just downright sinful. I love that they have fresh fruit to toss in the blender, though I notice they use syrups for some things. I’m not a fan of that at all — too sugary *yuck* — so I’ve learned which fruit options to avoid. Even when this place is busy, the staff is quick to get your order to you without a fuss. Parking can be tricky since the lot is tiny as compared to the number of businesses located there. Fortunately, a lot of it is 20 minute parking, so there is a lot of turnover. Oh & get a punch card — after 10 visits, you get a free smoothie!

When I’m in the need for a smoothie lunch break, I hike over to the SMU side of town and squeeze into a 20 minute parking space for this Smoothie King. The staff is always very friendly and you rarely have to wait. Just mind where you park, since that shopping center is crowded.

I love this place. My new favorite smoothie is the Instant Vigor, its loaded with caffeine, strawberries, pineapple, guarana, and other great stuff. This location is right underneath the 24 Hours Fitness, and there is also a new/classic barber shop next door. The staff are friendly and quick.
