I have to admit this place usually isn’t somewhere I frequent. But I had to stop by for something quick! So when placing my order at the drive thru, I asked for a #6 with a Coney dog. She then asks if I could repeat the order for her. I do, then she asked what kind of hot dog I wanted. I said a Coney dog please, and then she proceeded to inform me that they had 6 different kinds! I let her know that last time that I’d checked their Coney dogs only had Chili and Cheese. I am pretty sure this is the same rude lady that people have complained about before! And if management cares to find out who this lady may be, this happened at 4pm on 01/​02/​2015 You might want to train your employees on what is on your menu.

I love sonic, but this locations’ drive through lady is terrible! When I’m ordering multiple drinks, I’ve got to repeat myself, and then get cut off every time I ask for another drink. «Can I get a vanilla coke, a large -» «UH HUH WHAT ELSE?» Uhm another large co– «you saida dr pepper?» No… «Mam can you start all over» uhm really.

I brought a coupon for a drink to this place and ordered a diet cherry limeade, which the coupon said was applicable on limeades. Not only did this place give me a regular limeade loaded with sugar, they took the coupon, did not apply the discount, swipe my card like its nothing and give me the drink without a straw. Don’t waste your money here the service sucks.
