This place is the slowest effing sonic I’ve been to in my life!

Yet another Sonic with crappy service. Took 15 mins to get a Diet Coke. That was all I ordered

This facility is nice with new menus but some of the staff are lower quality. They walk around slowly and the orders take forever. When they deliver the food they just hand it to you and walk off without saying a word.

I’m not much of a complainer my reviews are always positive… This is probably the worst sonic I have been to. My tots are so greased up they are mushy, I asked for no mustard add ketchup and received mustard, I said no pickles add jalapeños and received neither. My total was incorrect. I will avoid this location in the near future. This just hit me… Why does a $ 6 burger have the cheap shredded lettuce? Update: I came back to add a star after speaking with the assistant manager Anna. She offered my next meal will be comped. Will update on next visit

Not worth it. I wanted 20 minutes for a water and slush and there were 3 other people there. Very slow sonic

This is the worst location. Have been here twice and both times it’s nothing but problems. Cedric the store manager needs to get it together. This place sucks. Will not be back.

This Sonic is slower than most I’m used to, but I go here a few times a week as it is outside of my office. They have yet to get my order wrong, which is a big plus. The car hops are ok, not overly friendly but not impolite. The drive thru is not a real drive thru, a car hop will still walk your order out.

I am only reviewing the Chicago Dog and the service while I was there. I have been seeing the commercials and it looked decidedly authentic… and it pretty much was! The only thing I noticed was that the relish was just regular sweet relish and not the bright green sweet relish. The hot dog was beef-(although by no means was it vienna beef), and they did use sport peppers and celery salt. It was actually quite good– would’ve liked some snap, but I’m in Dallas, not Chicago. I really liked the fact that the dog was still hot after driving back to work. My only issue was that I wanted to pay most of my bill in cash and put the rest on my cc, but the waitress told me they couldn’t do that(?!) I have taken an extra part time job as a cashier at a local grocery store(gonna be a grandma and want extra $$ to spend on baby) and so I know that all that needs to be done is enter the cash first and then run the rest on the card… how difficult is that? It’s a simple thing to do to satisfy the customer and the outright refusal to do it was weird. Oh well, not the waitress’ fault, I still tipped her! I was raised in the Chicago area and miss their beef sandwiches, deep dish, and dogs. I think that Sonic has satisfied the dog craving… now to find aaammmmaaazzzing beef sandwiches… Don’t worry about the pie, my sis will ship me some Lou Malnati’s!

Drive-in. What could be better! The waitress was defintely not happy with her job and this defintely showed in her demenor but the milkshakes were great. Give them a try
