This rating is purely on the helpfulness of Steven and KG(Kevin). They went above and beyond to assist me in setting up a phone when they didn’t have to. Completely opposite of the repair center on Preston and Park I went into the store on Campbell to activate a phone. There were no lines, Steven helped me right away. Kevin was very knowledgable about all of my issues and answered all of my inquiries about renewing service. If this store was a service center I’d drive out of my way to use them. Kudos Sprint for getting this store right!

After hours on the phone with Consumer Cellular(#1 in customer service) I was told my new Euro-spec 6.3 inch Samsung Mega would only work on the Sprint Store. What a treat! No lines. VERY affordable plan, especially with a BYO(bring your own) phone. I was in and out in less than ten minutes — including a stylish new Aspen Colorado phone number. Highly recommended over AT&T and Verizon for service and price.

I had a great experience switching from my former carrier to Sprint. When I walked into the door, I was immediately greeted by Julio. He helped to explain the new promotion and what they could offer me. The store was nice with plenty of staff that day. I had no issues from the initial walk in to leaving the place with two new iPhone at no cost with a fantastic plan and nothing out of pocket. This was a great experience.

I came in here the day before the iPhone came to Sprint. My phone was about to die and I really didn’t have a choice about getting a new one: iPhone or otherwise. I had kind of decided that if I was able to buy an iPhone without having to murder children or beat people with my handbag, I would get one. …but I remembered the insanity from previous iPhone releases. Friends of mine who CAMPEDOUTOVERNIGHT to get one. Rushing in the store all at once to obtain a precious phone. Hell no. So since my phone’s speaker had just stopped working at my friend’s house down the road, I ran to this Sprint store to learn what my options were. I knew the iPhone would be available the next day, and I did express interest in it. The guy helping me, Terrel, was super sweet. He made sure that he wasn’t going to pressure me into a Different Phone if I had my heart set on the iPhone. I told him what I’d already decided, so I needed to learn my options. He took me around to all of the current smart phones offered by Sprint. He gave pros and cons to each phone, and actually listened to what I said about previous experiences with brands, etc. He recommended a fancy new Motorola phone(which can actually act as a computer and dock to monitors or tvs– and he showed me a demo, which was really sweet). Had I not been able to get the iPhone the next day, I would’ve gone back and bought that Motorola phone from Terrel. As it was, I went to a Sprint store by my work and bought the iPhone there. I feel bad that I didn’t get to buy the phone from the guy at this store, but had the iPhone had been sold out, I definitely would’ve trekked back over here and gotten one from him. Both Terrel and the guy who appeared to be his manager answered all of my questions about the iPhone release the next day, how the wait list worked, what time they opened, etc. This is an actual Sprint store as opposed to a «licensed retailer». I highly highly highly recommend that you go to an actual Sprint store rather than one of the licensed places. Sprint stores have actual phones that are actually ON so you can play with features, etc. The licensed stores tend to have less stock, and the phones have a sticker on the screen to make them look ‘on’, but can’t actually be tested. Go to this Sprint store and buy a phone from Terrel. He’s a good guy.
