It turns out that the sales experience was the easiest part of signing up with Sprint. I left Sprint Store-Josey Village thinking I was satisfied with the service, but since then, I’ve been anything but happy. One of the phones we ordered was not mailed for three days after the transaction… no explanation. I’ve spent most of this first week of my new phone service on the phone with Sprint fixing billing issues, phone issues and tracking packages. The transaction was over days ago and I’m still working with Sprint to get my service and account the way I originally asked. My partner has no data access at work and he works in the middle of Sprint’s strongest 4-G coverage area in the DFW Metroplex… near downtown Dallas. The worst part, of course, is that the people at the Sprint store @ JOSEYVILLAGE(!!!) don’t care. They made their sale and have moved on to other suckers… I mean customers. A BADEXPERIENCEGETSWORSE Sprint must have the worst customer service around. My first bill had 6 separate charges for service activation@ $ 36 each… three more than I should have had. I’m considering dropping Sprint and returning to Verizon where I had cell service for 4 years and NEVERHAD A SERVICEISSUE. My second bill had another erroneous activation fee of $ 116. It’s ridiculous how much time I’m spending getting my Sprint bills/service corrected.
