Staples the Office Superstore

I love it here, always ship my stuff back here love the prices from time to time with many cool specials!

Poor customer service. We found a desk we wanted at the Rockwall store, but the smaller cabinet to pair with it was out of stock. They told us this one had it in stock and to call, ask for store manager and have him pull it and hold it for us. We call ask for the manager, he rudely exclaims that he IS the manager… we explain what we need, he said I’m with another client and hangs up. Doesn’t have anyone else go look or even tell us to please hold, just hangs up.
We arrive at the store, my husband goes inside, it’s impossible to find ANYONE to help him, he basically helped himself, then couldn’t find anyone to check him out… their customer service is a joke and no one seems to actually want to work in there.
We won’t ever be going back, we’ll order online before having to walk into this store again.

I went online, same day, needing cards. I uploaded my file. I picked them up 4 hours later, and they were stunning.
Go here to avoid the nonsense at Office Depot. It was out of the way for me, but way worth it.

Don’t come here if you can avoid… Have items on display but out of stock… Then when you mention that they shouldn’t keep displays of items that aren’t in stock they tell you should have came in earlier. Avoid this staples
