Workers are nice but messed up my order three times. Very basic order unsweetened green tea.

I love Starbucks and was so happy to find that they were open on Christmas. The app(which is always spot on), showed this Starbucks open until 4pm, so we timed presents, and dinner accordingly so my daughter and I could get our fix. Imagine my shock when we pulled up and garbage bags are stacked up by the doors and the store is locked up. WHAT? You can see the hours posted until 4 on Christmas Day. Not very often that I am disappointed from one of my favorite brands. And on Christmas, to boot. Poor decision made somewhere. Had to go to another location. So disappointed :(

This is definitely one of those locations you want to quickly come in and out of. Expect to: — expect not to be greeted warmly or immediately — make sure your order rings up correctly — and not overcharged — make sure your order is correct before you pay — make sure your order is correct when you pick it up — make sure your order tastes correct when you pick up — if you stay to finish your drink/food, make sure it’s clean, wifi works and there’s no creepies

Average Starbucks. Small & a bit noisy. Ordered a «Flat White» coffee. It’s nice but seriously pricey. Out of sandwiches and most snacks.

All new employees here so I’m changing it to 3 stars. The location is great for me, but most of the time I don’t want to deal with some of the impolite, uncaring employees. Today was one of those days, no eye contact or thanks when they took my money. Four employees chatting up a storm, ignoring the customers when it wasn’t a very busy time. I expect a thank you and a smile when I’m handed my beverage, not just plop the cup down and go right back to yacking. I noticed the two people in front of me got the same treatment. And yes, they also handled my reusable cup from the top as someone already mentioned. Training needed.

I love this Starbucks location. Some of the previous reviews mentioned that this location was on the smaller side. I would disagree. This location has plenty of seating, inside and outside, including a wall table that is perfect for studying. The staff was fun and friendly. I got a kick out of the way certain employees would call out the names of customer’s drinks. What fun it is to see employees enjoying their job. I will be back because of the wall seating. It makes for a great study locale. Plus, their coffee isn’t half bad ;)

Great place because it’s so close to me but it easily gets crowded in there… especially the parking lot. It’s a nightmare! But so worth it for me beverage. :) Friendly staff.

Pastries and bread loads stale. I asked for a hot water(I legitimately drink hot water) and the employee said she wouldn’t serve it to me, even though there is a hot-water tap. I offered to buy a cup from her and she still would not serve me. That’s not a Starbucks corporate standard and I won’t be back at this shotty location.

Nice location, on the smaller side for some Starbucks but very quick to get in and out of and everything was very clean. I think it has a great location off of Forest Ln. and it’s not currently impacted by any of the insane construction which is handy if you’re in the area for work. Lost a star because they had to re-ask me my order several times, but I’d rather them ask and get it right than guess because the person at the register didn’t fill the cup out correctly and me get the wrong drink. When we left I had the correct drink, and it hadn’t taken very long! That’s always a win when it comes to coffee.

While my cups were being transferred from one employee to another, the employee grabbed the cups by putting his hands over the rim. Yuck! I cancelled my order and will not be going back. Management should always strictly coach towards basic safe handling techniques. Hold the cup around the bottom not where I am going to drink from.

I’m really glad this Starbucks is less than a mile from my house. The staff are great and really good baristas as well. They are pretty good about remembering the regulars and usually know what you want when you come in. Given the size of the location, it draws a lot of people who want to hang out and do whatever most people do that plant it for a while in the store. That, I have found, is a sign of a good Starbucks; when your comfortable enough to just hang out, drink your beverage, and I don’t know; gaze at your shoes? I like the crowd too. A great cross section of the surrounding neighborhood; a healthy mix of everybody attached to this piece of the urban landscape. Yup, the Starbucks at Forest and Webb Chapel is a keeper.

Some of my fellow reviewers have commented on the patio here, and it’s pretty darned nice and big. Our party walked in at what turned out to be 5 minutes before closing, got our drinks and proceeded to the patio and hung out for well over an hour, drinking our joe and having a great time. Inside, it wasn’t super roomy but it felt nice, and there was plenty of power for those hungry laptops. Overall, a nice location.

I can say I come here because it’s convenient to where I live. The location is just perfect and easy access to anything, I mean in and out. They are friendly and get my orders just the way I wanted because if I go somewhere else either its to much milk or not to much milk. I love their outside patio because during summer I can just sit outside and watch cars as they pass by or just hang around with my dog JERSEY.

Best Starbucks location in America. Seriously, it is. Comfortable, spacious, clearly defined areas for both Wi-Fi and lounging. Love it!

Great little location close to a small store where they sell every lottery ticket imaginable. There isn’t much else in either this shopping center or the area but these place will get packed. I normally get stuck with coffee running duties so I am just ordering off some long list. The staff is always friendly and very patient with me since I’m not a coffee master. I normally get the hot chocolate or maybe the strawberries & cream. The latter was very good. I can’t say I’ve ever had anyone upset with the coffee I bought them and if there was ever an issue the staff always fixed it to our liking. You can’t beat satisfaction guaranteed not many places still offer that.

Coming from Ausitn, I am used to finding an indie coffee shop practically everywhere I go. Not so in the big D, so when I need to get some work done in this far north neighborhood, I stopped at this location. To my delight, the staff there was really friendly, greeting me, saying hi, recommending selections and telling me about sales. While seated, I was even asked by Khalid, one of the baristas, if I needed anything and asking me about my experience there. I appreciated the friendliness, since I’ve been so used to a moody Austinite barista or two. And my iced coffee was just the way I liked it — no sugar, cream, good ice amount, and tasty. Thanks to Khalid and Vanessa, baristas extraordinaire, for making my reluctant stop at Starbucks favorable, and asking me to please come back. You put this indie coffee snob in her place.
