I walked in and saw a sign that said something to the effect of, «Electrical panel went out. Cannot make anything that requires steaming like espresso.» I didn’t want get anything other that my usual, but I needed coffee. So I walked up to the counter anyways. The lady who helped me was EXTREMELY helpful and cheerful as soon as I walked up. Then, she asked me what drink I usually get and made something close with what she had available! It tastes good AND costs less! I had a good experience here!

Just had the worst and disgusting experience. Went for my normal frap and pumpkin bread and nats were flying all over the pastries. To top it off the cashier didn’t have any sense of urgency nor concern for the matter, asked if I wanted a frozen piece from the back. I can’t say I always experience this at Starbucks but that just gave me a very bad taste in my mouth.
