This Starbucks is conveniently located on my way to work when I need a little pick me uo, but can they EVERGETANORDERRIGHT?! My order is a basic venti café latte, no extras or special anythings, but 3 out of the 7 times I’ve been there, they either hand me an icy something or ask what I had and have to start making it then. Their system is somehow super unorganized. It’s so frustrating I don’t even bother going there anymore. The only positive thing I can say is the staff is semi pleasant.

The Wi-Fi is slow. Many students and sometimes families go there in the afternoons and evenings to use the internet. I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon. The manager and assistant manager are not friendly. No wonder some of the employees talk badly about them and will give away free drinks.

Ive been a regular here for a couple years and they know me by name and what i drink. Isnt that the way it should be? I think so. Freindly staff and a great manager keep the lines moving and the coffe flowing. Nothing earth shattering just a friendly neighborhood Starbucks doung things the right way.

The coffee was good, but this particular store was somewhat dirty when I visited on a Sunday morning. Nobody would accuse me of being a clean freak, but I do expect the floor to be swept and the tabletops to be wiped clean.

I never have good service here. Always takes 30 min to get my order… and normally it’s wrong after I get it. I have never had such horrible service at a Starbucks or anywhere for that matter.

I come to this location about twice a week and the drive thru is ALWAYS so slow. Ridiculous. I even try to come at odd hours instead of at breakfast or lunch and I still have to wait about 15 min, and that’s only with about 3 cars in line.

Horrible Starbucks! Being a former employee, I hate walking into stores like this. It took me 4 minutes to be acknowledged at the register. From there, my iced Chai came pretty quickly but my husbands frap took awhile, maybe a good 6 – 8 minutes. While waiting on his drink, the employees were bickering about who would get to take their break first. The guy finally picked up his cup and started making it. Then, he got side tracked and let my husband’s drink sit in the blender a good 3 minutes before he returned to put it in the cup. I almost told them to remake it because his drink was liquidy and melting already, but I was just ready to get out of there. What should have been an in and out stop, since no one was in there and 5 employees behind the bar, turned into a 10 minute stop. I will not be returning to this store and will be withdrawing my application!

This is one of the worst Starbucks ever. It takes you almost 15 minutes to get your coffee the service is horrible and I constantly have to return my coffee to have it re done. Somebody has to take action on this location!!!

This is a perfectly good Starbucks, conveniently located in Cockrell Hill right by the I-30 onramp. Given this location it naturally has a drive-thru, but today I decided to go inside(to use the restroom as well as grab an iced Americano). It was surprisingly crowded for an early Thursday afternoon, plenty of folks lounging in the sitting area, but no line and a fully stocked pastry case. Things were a little hectic behind the counter and at first I didn’t realize the barista was speaking to me and not into her headset, but everyone was perfectly polite and I got my coffee very quickly. The restroom was a little on the messy side, paper towels and some toilet paper on the ground, not overly disgusting but clearly it hadn’t been checked in a while. Overall I’d say A-OK is a good way to describe it, and if I’m in the area again I’ll certainly stop by, maybe try to drive-thru.

My iced coffee was great. Staff was very helpful. My only poor experience at this location was the bathroom was in very rough condition. I didn’t feel like I should touch anything. Besides that the lobby and outdoor seating spaces were very clean and inviting.

So I have this addiction to the Sbux You Are Here mugs. This store stocks the Dallas ones and they will set them aside for me. Then I can trade them with other people around the US. This location is a pain to get to. The parking lot is dangerous at best. BUT I’ll keep coming back because the girls are so sweet.

I ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato today and I spent 15 minutes waiting in line, which didn’t bother me because I really like their coffee. But when I got to the window the server tried to hand me a Venti CM with no ice, I corrected her and said, ‘I’m sorry I thought I said iced’ — she slammed the window shut. I sat for a few minutes because she had already charged me and when she got back she gave me the worst looking tall iced CM. She handed it to me with out a word and slammed the window shut. I paid extra for a large drink and she gave me the smallest. I literally waited for 15 minutes to place an order that never got made and got my money taken, for what? The worst tall iced caramel macchiato in the world.

Ordered coffee and a bagel. I was the only one inside at 5:30 a.m. and it took over 10 minutes to get my drink. Restroom had no toilet paper, soap or paper towels. It’s hard to imagine all running out at once so I’m pretty sure it never gets cleaned or stocked regularly. I dried my hands using toilet seat covers, which were in a box on the floor. Probably a good idea to pass this location up when you see it.

Since it’s the only one on my route to work, this Starbucks is a staple for way too many of my mornings, especially given its quality. They very rarely have the food I request in stock(you’d think eventually they’d adjust their inventory to accommodate demand?), the orders come out wrong far too often, and their service can be painfully slow. Really not worth the money.

This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been in. I went inside the store because the drive through was wrapped around the block. With three people in front of me, it took 18 minutes from the time I walked in the door to get my macchiato. One girl was making drinks, one was at the register, and three people were standing around and pretending to work. I complained about their lack of speed and asked how much longer it would take, and was given the choice of standing in line behind 10 people for a refund, or continuing to wait. When I finally got my «hazelnut» macchiato, it was a caramel, and it was awful. But I couldn’t stand to wait even longer for a redo. I just masked it with lots of sugar. Ick. I’m never stopping here again.

This SBUX is alright, but don’t go here with your heart set on a specific food or pastry! A few weeks ago they were out of oatmeal. I wasn’t aware of the oat shortage, but they were out for about a week. This morning I was excited about getting a pecan sticky bun, but of course they didn’t have it at this location. They’re good about offering you something else, but NO, I don’t want to try something else. I want what I want and you’re supposed to have it! Anyway, this location gets its stars because it conveniently located on my long commute. Lately they have actually been giving me napkins with my purchases! Maybe they have heard my complaints. Now if they can only get their food inventory together. In fact, I’ll be a supply chain consultant if they let me have a lifetime of free drinks and pastries. Together we can make a difference Starbucks, think about it. ;-)
