Came here on a chilly night after discovering Stupid Good Coffee upstairs was closed. The place is clean and the staff was professional, but I gave 3 stars because they had already began cleaning and putting things away plenty of time before closing and only allowed for us to choose from 2 pastries, which could not be heated, and tea only because they were no longer serving coffee. Ummm… then you’re closed lol. Gratefully we were planning to order Chai Tea Lattes anyway, but we didn’t really receive the standard Starbucks service we’re accustomed to. Bummer. I’m sure service is better during the day or in the morning. Good luck!

This is your typical Starbucks location with all of the beloved options available, just in a strange location. Well, I’m sure the location is perfect for the employees of this building but a bit bizarre to access for everyone else. For parking, I settled into the attached garage since I had some banking to do with Chase(it is a Chase building after all). Then, once inside, you have to navigate the many floors to find this place– bottom level near the back. I suppose if you enter through the back/open entrance you wouldn’t struggle like I did but I had no idea how to get there. Anyway, good drinks, helpful/friendly staff, your morning cup of Joe.

Typical Starbucks… This one is located in the lower level of the 1700 Pacific office building. Lines tend to be quite long in the mornings… But that’s to be expected. In general, I think the line moves along rather well and service is good.

No wonder this location has such high reviews. On the bottom floor of some skyscraper(not sure what it’s currently called), the staff here are great. It doesn’t feel like being in a Starbucks if that makes any general sense. It’s more like being in a local neighborhood Mom & Pop store where they remember the regulars by name, and there appear to be a good number of regulars.

When you have an extra 20 – 30 minutes to spare, this is the place to burn it. Great coffee, slow as hell.

You can tell the economy’s in bad shape when the employees at Starbuck’s are this qualified. They have a supernatural ability to remember my name and drink, which tastes exactly the same every time. They are always pleasant, cheerful and easy to talk to. This Starbuck’s is particularly good for working, as long as you’ve bought a drink within recent memory, there’s a power outlet and chair available. Like most Starbuck’s, there’s a line out the door during the morning rush, which for this location is 8AM-10AM. No smoking outside by the door. Mild homeless presence. This store is always clean and the staff works quietly. Favorite Startbuck’s downtown. Warning: no bathrooms available!

Went in today(Sunday) around noon. Everything was so clean and the deserts looked incredible. Did not try but will go back. Had a skinny iced coffee and it was perfect!!! The staff were super friendly and took time to answer questions and explain registering gift cards. I love the location and parking was very easy. So glad to find this spot and can’t wait to go back!!! Great customer service!!!
