I wish I could give this place 1⁄16th of a star! The staff here are the worse! Didn’t make my drink right twice! Arguing with other staff members right in front of me. The Asian guy there is loud and obnoxious. Will never visit again!!! Manager needs to fire the staff.

I like this Starbucks for its convenience to my office, but I probably wouldn’t stop here otherwise. The baristas are always friendly but the snack/food selection is poor. Seating is crowded and the general atmosphere is noisy. Always feels messy compared to other Starbucks, and part of that is the fault of the old strip mall where it sits. No drive thru but decent parking. I recommend mobile ordering for a quick in and out.

I am a daily Starbucks drinker and I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had here tonight. I actually left with no coffee. Initially, the employee taking our order walked off before ringing us up. Strange… but it was overshadowed by what happened next. We repeated our order to another employee who rang us up. Then, there was a mixup where I took another person’s tall latte by mistake(I had a tall breve decaf caramel latte). The barista wasn’t calling names; in fact they did not even ask for names, so I assumed it was mine since no one was standing right near the pick up area. I immediately noticed it wasn’t caramel and assumed she hadn’t added enough and I just asked for more caramel which she gave me. At that point it tasted good and I moved on. As I stood with my fiancé waiting for his white mocha, the same barista accusingly says that I took someone else’s plain latte. I thought she meant my fiancés tall drink, and I insisted that he had a white mocha. She then pointed out another customer whose drink I had taken. Of course, I was embarrassed. She apologized to HIM and made HIM another drink but ignored me while I stood there awkwardly. Why did she ever add caramel to the drink if she knew that it was not mine??? And when she realized the mistake we BOTH had made, she did not need to call me out and point me out to the other customer when SHE had already added caramel to the drink I had just put my mouth on! What is the point of that? I can’t give it to him now! I needed decaf(late at night) so I just asked for a refund. The other employee at the register didn’t apologize or offer to remake the drink. In fact, he was basically mocking me as he voided the transaction(VERY fake, not apologizing or even asking about what happened) Immediately, as we turned to leave, the barista went over to him and started talking about us. We literally go to Starbucks every single day. Which I can prove with my rewards app. I will be contacting district management and corporate about this. I felt very embarrassed by this employee. I went to another Starbucks up the highway. This could have very easily been solved by the employees at the store. The barista did not even have the manners to try and work it out with me. She just accused me of taking the wrong drink and pointed me out then ignored me. I never write reviews like this; this was certainly a crazy experience!!!

I come to this location often and have always been happy, however this time was different. I sat listening to a manager talk to employees about the importance of customer service… How everyone should jump in if there are more than 3 people in line. It was great to hear. They went through situations and how to handle people. THEN a big group of people all walked in at the same time. 12 people to be exact, and all of the employees just sat there. They looked up and said«okay, I’ll hurry» by the time they got behind the bar, the two baristas working were done. It was funny to hear how important customer service is, then see it ignored.

I checked out this Starbucks after church when I was looking to kill some time before a class I was attending on a Sunday afternoon. The service was pretty fast, the location is fairly easy to access and it was clean establishment. Sitting outside being a people person enjoying the environment was nice.

LOVETHISPLACE … Like crazy in Love with this place, The staffs are so friendly, no matter how crazy busy the place is, however, they are still concerning what I want, and if they made any small mistakes, they would immediately apologize and fix it until I like. Many friendly staffs and nice place.

Good atmosphere, friendly staff. If your wanting an outlet for your laptop you might have a hard time. Luckily I was only here to kill some time and theres plenty of seats/couches outside in a covered patio.

It doesn’t matter where I am or what time of the day it is. If I see a Starbuck’s, I am making a stop! Yes, they are everywhere and that’s why I love it so much. They are always consistent and can customize my order however I like it. My favorite is none other than the Skinny Vanilla Latte; however, I do change my order up a bit to fit my taste. The prices are rather steep, but their prices are along the same lines with all of the other local coffee shops that I’ve visited. I have snacks and sandwiches here sometimes, but as of late, I haven’t been ordering any of the food items since I learned that they are all shipped to each location. I prefer fresh food if I’m going to eat it. If you become a member, you’ll get rewards for each purchase, which means free drinks after purchasing so many drinks. Just make sure you watch your rewards because Starbuck’s doesn’t always put them on your account. I’ve had to call a few times about missing stars, which they’ve explained as «a mistake». I’m not so sure that I believe that, but I am definitely sure that I love their drinks enough to keep going back.

The nearest Starbucks for the Village, and you’ll get a young Village crowd. Not Mos Eisley, but an interesting mix of folks.

They serve coffee. The customer service is sometimes on and sometimes it’s off – it just depends. The décor has improved from last year with the recent renovation; only, there’s something missing in the ambiance and mood projected from the staff: the place feels cold and while service is off and on mechanical for getting a decent brew, they can do better. The nonverbal cues, like eye contact, lack of asking your name to personalize your brew, diffident way some baristas are here or indifferent for some – for some odd reason – just gives you bare basic A-OK service, which, at times, is good enough I suppose. Just don’t expect to dazzle a friend here over a cup of Pikes is all. They serve coffee.

I may be partial since this is my neighborhood Starbucks, but I truly believe that this is the best Starbucks location in Dallas. No matter how crowded it is, I’m never in there more than 6 – 7 minutes.

This Starbucks is one of my favorites. Very friendly staff and usually little to no line! Also this location has an outdoor seating area along with many tables inside prefect for studying.

I came here the other day with one of my god friends for a cup of joe and some Saturday studying. The employees were very friendly and the service was quick. I ordered a grande white mocha, which was delicious as always! By having the mobil app on my phone, I earned a BOGO treat. So, I got a multigrain bagel with cream cheese and a slice of marble pound cake to go. For $ 1.30 it was a steal :) My only complaint is that this location is always packed. It is hard to find a place to sit and have access to an outlet. The outdoor patio is really nice though if you don’t need a plug.

This is a cool location; it has a unique seating area outside. They have really nice lounge chairs and enough for several groups of people to sit outside too. The only thing is they don’t have outlets outside! The weather was perfect for outdoor reading/studying minus the wind(not blaming Starbucks for that!) The service here is really great — they make a pretty good soy chai latte. It wasn’t super crowded and we were able to find a seat that was decently close to a power plug. My only complaint is that the A/C was waaaay too hight. I’m glad I was there with my bf, otherwise I would have probably resorted to snuggling up to a stranger or, more realistically, leaving and having to find another place to read. Save the A/C for when it’s 100+ degrees out, not for when it’s in the 70’s! If you’re like me, I’d recommend bringing a jacket if you want to hunker down here. Other than that, sit back and enjoy!

I love this location. The building is not too small compared to many other Starbucks stores, so you can be guaranteed a seat. I almost had to shark a table with someone who was saving the large table to themselves while waiting for 5 more people to come. I just became persistent and told him, «These tables are first come, first serve.» because it really is! Just a note, if you happen to fight for a seat here or anywhere else, no one can’t always get what they want lol… especially at sbux. It’s always a pain finding a perfect spot. By the way, that large party he was waiting for never even came… This store is almost walking distance to where I live, so it’s very convenient(I just love how conveniently Starbucks is located practically everywhere). I come in usually when I’m off work to unwind in front of my laptop to write/study and indulge in a nice cup of coffee or tea. I have a Starbucks Gold Card, so I get free refills — how wonderful is that?
