I was visiting my husband for lunch and we decided to go to Subway.
The customer service at this location is terrible, and so was the sandwich. The sandwich maker was extremely careless of how throw the sandwich together. I asked for mustard, he added mustard how he wanted. Then, I asked for Ranch, he looked irritated. I want him to go up and down on both sides of the bread and he totally ignored my request.
Got home opened the sandwich; it looked a mess!!! The meat was upside down, ranch dripping out every side, and the bread was hard AS A ROCK.
I should have followed my first mind, and left when he rudely asked, ‘Is that all?’ After only adding lettuce.
The WORST Subway in Texas!!! (Service and food)
