Didn’t feel the warm a fuzzy in this sub way. I didn’t get the welcome to Subway like I do in all the others around the states that I visit. Just didn’t seem like much on customer service. Barley understood the person making my sandwich.

I came in for lunch and«kim» was at the counter. She was on her phone and did not acknowledge that I had even came in. I said excuse me and she told me to hold on and continued on her phone. Horrible employee if you ask me. «Dee» came out to help me. Dee was my sandwich maker. He was very polite, patient, and quick. He made my sandwich quicker than most, when I changed my mind on bread type he didnt get upset. He apologized for the wilted lettuce and got a fresh batch. «Kim» could take lessons from this dude.

The veggies were going south and in a hurry. We had to pick through the spinach to find the handful of good pieces. This lead to a marginal sandwich. The tomatoes were soft and mushy. I asked for additional sauce and they didn’t have containers. They were understaffed, as I waited for my to go meal in line. Behind me there were a number of people waiting as well. The gentlemen behind the counter was pleasant and apologetic, as to the condition of the veggies. Receipt 4868

This one’s really gross. Last time I went there were fruit flies everywhere. The employees are an unenthusiastic bunch too. I won’t be back.
