Took my daughter there for a haircut — it was OK, but she asked for layers and the girl cut it straight across AND she asked to have it blow dried which costs $ 40!!! She didn’t know to ask how much it would cost first, but $ 40 for a blow dry — they should have warned us! Not going back here!

The haircut I received was average. I have really long hair and the stylist spent like five minutes on it. That said, it was okay. The real problem was the dreadful service. The stylists took at least two other people before me who had clearly come in after me and didn’t have appointments. Completely ridiculous! Since I was the only person in the waiting room who wasn’t a white male, I have a feeling it had something to do with my race and/​or sex. Avoid this salon and their prejudices!

I have had 3 hair cuts here so far. I’m leaving 2 stars for the first 2 hair cuts. (Looking back after Writting this, my hair cut just now was god awful, i can’t bring myself to leave 2 stars)
I just got the absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had getting my hair cut. I was in and out in like 15 minutes she took a #2 or #3 to the sides and back after I asked for a #4. It’s way to short and instead of blending it looks like she took a BOWL and a RAZOR to the back of my head! No gradual blend nothing just a strait line then your into hair, I could have done the back of my own head better with a piece of glass and a mirror! This was terrible and no one would look me in the eye on my way out. She didn’t ask how I wanted the back and just jumped in with the «#4» and cut a strait fucking line. And it was too late She knew she screwed up and I wouldn’t dare let that but her try to fix it. She didn’t even get the top back where I had specifically asked for it! I didn’t want that butcher touching me anymore after she screwed up the back and sides that bad then says «done!» Yup I’m DONE! If I had her do what I had wanted I bet I would have ended up with a shaved line through my head and her looking dumber then usual while trying to explain how that was on purpose. My hair has been thinner since my cancer treatments and it really shows when its butchered like this. Inconsistent, terrible job, I through down my money and kept more change then I ever have from a hair cut and ran out of there! I have never left a hair cut feeling this low.
If you get your hair cut here Ask for the German lady, she is kind and polite and cuts hair like she cares what you look like. She deserves 5 stars. She did my last cut here and I loved it. my hair looked good and thicker after! so I came back but they gave me to a cutter today instead of a hair dresser and now I’m writing a review considering wearing a hat in 100degree Texas summer…

Updated review: The front desk girl just called me back and Yolanda now has an appointment and is able to fit me in. I’m a returning customer after all!
Yes Yolanda is amazing but too bad the girls who schedule can’t seem to remember when she works!
I called yesterday at 10:30 to schedule an appointment and the girl told me to call back at 11:00. When I did the next girl said she wasn’t working that day. She told me to call back the next day at 11:00. When I did that the girl said that she had come in at 10:00 and was now completely booked with no availability.
I cannot wait any longer to cut my hair and will be going to another salon from now on.

Get Yolanda to cut your hair. She’s terrific. You will have to call ahead and have them put your name on a list. (She’s that popular.)
