I always have alterior motives when dealing with electronics. I’ve been into tech too long, and I just don’t care about the newest and biggest thing. I want a good deal; plain and simple. I’ve been with just about all the major carriers(Sprint sucks and you won’t convince me otherwise so don’t try) and T-mobile really has something for everyone. I’m not gonna try and sell you on them… I really don’t care to. I wanted a new phone and was adding a line for a loved one. They wanted my old phone(which is actually only a few months old) and I wanted an S6. So I went in and Miguel did a wonderful job with me. A balked at all the right places to get what I wanted, and he(on cue) made it happen. I even got a case for my phone for just $ 20(name brand, not cheapo). My goal was to walk out paying little to nothing that day, and I succeeded. In the deal I got a free year of Netflix… told you I had an alterior motive!

My son and I walked into the T-Mobile store on NW highway and were treated like dirt by the manager, Nick. We just had a question about why the signal bars on my son’s phone turned orange when we changed sims. He said it was my problem and it was probably an issue with my BLU phone which they don’t sell. He was not polite and did not even pretend to care. If T-Mobile wants to keep customers, they have to do better than«Nick.» Won’t go back!
