Stay away from T-Mobile– if you go in and just ask what their prices are you are signed up– even if you don’t sign anything or use their service and then gets sent to collections. I have spoken to 5 T-Mobile reps that have cleared it out of the system each time and now 2 collection agents trying to get it removed and just now the manager at T-Mobile who said it will take 2 days!!! I’m about to get a lawyer and sue them big time!

I love love Zemma. I finally decided to transition from flip phone to Iphone. She was very patience and helpful. She helped me with the setup since I was clueless. Since my flip phone is old, it has a large sim card. She wasn’t able to load the contacts from flip phone to Iphone. I was concerned since I had 200 contacts. She suggested I visit Dr. Cell phone. Drew, from Dr. Cell phone, was able to trim sim card and load to Iphone. I’m so so happy… If I ever need face-to-face help with Tmobile, I’ll only talk to Zemma. Even though I’m a huge San Antonio Spurs fan, she helped me anyway. LOL!!! Cara Monroe

I had 3 phones(one being a Tab4 so not really a phone) and I needed to add a phone to my account and deactivate the Tab4 since it never gets used. This wonderful young lady named Zemma explained my options and gave me a GREAT deal on a 2 phone family UNLIMITED voice/text/data plan and wow what a great deal! She even set it all up for me and fixed a glitch and now I’m sporting Über on one phone and Lyft on the other! Whoo Hoooo… doesn’t get any better than this(= I wish all people were as nice as Zemma since she took her time to explain things to me. So if you ever need a phone, don’t hesitate to come here to 5000 Beltline Rd. and ask for Zemma. Since I mentioned Lyft and Über I may as well give you a code to enter when you need a ride for about ½ the price of a cab… for Lyft just download the Lyft app and input my code under the payment section«BRUCE145628» and get $ 20 towards your first ride! You can go about 15 miles or so on that. If you want to drive for Lyft and earn extra $ then sign up with that code and get a $ 500 sign up bonus if you give 30 rides in 30 days! If you want to get $ 20 off on your 1st Über then use code«g3innue» …I think you can also use that code for a sign up bonus as a driver for like $ 100 or $ 150 bonus. Über on!

Horrible service, the guy who attended me did not even know his job, kept asking his supervisor. Y’all should really start hiring people with degrees and that can do their job, worst t mobile store I been to.

Wow. This place is horrible! That last review was two years old, so I’m guessing that this T-Mobile has severely gone down the tubes since then! Also– does T-Mobile have some kind of work release program that they’re running? Because if Alfaro had as many words in his vocabulary as he did neck and hand tattoos, I might not have decided to switch to AT&T instead.

This review is for T-Mobile as a company, not fo any T-Mobile retail location. I LOVE T-Mobile. I have been a customer with them for nearly six years now. I have never had any problemw with thier customer service nor wth any of their products. I just want to say how much I love having a mobile carrier who keeps my life simple and easy.

Unlike most phone places, I usually don’t mind coming in here. the customer service is great and the wait is never too long. but most important is the service. i for one dont put too much emphasis on customer service. if i’m at a pizza place where you order and pick up at the counter, i could really care less about customer service. but in a business like this, and as annoying as phone companies are, it’s definitely nice to have a go-to place like this. the head manager(i forget his name) and glynn are just the bomb.
