This is the only TMobile around my area and they’re good. Today I switched my Galaxy S6 for iPhone 6S and Aaron synced all my stuff for me and was quick. This place is clean & the phones they have seen limited but it’s mainly the newest phones. I like this place.

This store is the worst, if you can go to another store. So I walk into store and get into line, there were already a few other customers in line at all 3 registers. I was the customer in line at the first register near the door. The employee helped the customer in front of me. There was another customer who just walked in, an employee tells her to sign in while I’m standing at the register, so place my item on the counter and the employee tells that I have to sign in before they can help me, I had been standing in line for more than 10 minutes. I told the employee that would have been very helpful to know before I stood there for 10 minute. Another employee comes over and says my man my man sign in and we will call your name. By now I’m like fuck this I’ll just go to another store. Can’t believe the service sucked so bad. From now on I’ll be going to a different store.

When I returned to the store for more help on porting our numbers over, Shannon A. once again helped us. She was much nicer this time, and was a lot more helpful with less attitude.
