I was standing waiting to give my order but one of the girls, who looked directly at me (without a smile or even an acknowledgement), just kept talking to her coworkers. Eventually the manager came to the front but looked right passed me to the gentleman BEHIND me who’s order they got WRONG and took care of him first. After that I decided I wasn’t hungry for Taco Bell and went to Wendy’s across the street. It’s such a shame cuz I love Taco Bell. But I guess I’ll go to the frankford one from now on. Oh well

Staff messed up the order, and was completely rude. Upon return to get the right food they said the computers were down and wouldn’t be up for 30 minutes, and didn’t want to help us. It was a first visit and we won’t be back :/

This is the slowest taco bell ever
You think they would be on top of their game at 1230pm. But their not. I’ll travel the 2 blocks to another instead of coming here. One star
…only because they gave my food.

Mixed emotions as I write this review. First impression when getting out of my car is property is well taken care of.
Then I walk inside and wait 7 minutes to even get a hi or acknowledged as someone in looking for food. The manager as I found out from watching was taking care of drive thru never once looking away. Two other employees walked by and never said anything to me but looked at me.
Once another man entered the door and we began talking about how they did not serve customers in the store only drive thru then we had the manager come over and ask to help us.
Once order was placed till time I received my food was very fast.
The next issue that brought up concern was I could not find a clean table to sit at and eat my food I had to wipe it off myself.
So food was good service and condition of tables was my concern, so if you like the food good place just would not recommend going inside

Service is slow. Employees never seen to be on the same page. Slushie machine is always broken. Food quality is mediocre at best. I’ve given them a couple chances but I would rather drive to another location from now on.

Think the girl was new or maybe just high?
Maybe if she didn’t rush me, she would had gotten my order right??? I had to ask for napkins, hot sauce and my drink. no apology for delay in service received…

So, I decided to write this since I’ve been in the drive-​through for 30 minutes on the dot.
Then they gave us the wrong order and told us they’re out of Diablo sauce.
It’s 2:30pm, not lunch or dinner time.
This place is bad every time I come, but it was REALLY bad this time.
Get your stuff together, I love taco bell.

This is a terrible location. Not only does drive thru take FOREVERRRRR. I thought this was fast food? But they don’t seem to understand the difference between their own red sauce vs mexican pizza sauce. I hate the taste of Taco Hell’s red sauce! I kept asking just to make sure that they were adding the pizza sauce to my order. They said «yeah that’s red sauce» My taste buds beg to differ. It’s funny because I use to work at a Taco Bell back in the day. I certainly know the difference.

Really a Taco Bell runs out of hot sauce the manager should be fired for sure dude go to the Taco Bell down the street and Barrow a box idiot

I can not believe I am posting a review about a fast food restaurant! This particular Taco Bell does something that others fail to do. I have never been inside, but will go through the drive thru every couple of weeks. Their service is exemplary! You can tell they focus on service at this location and it pays off. If their is a line, it’s worth the wait!
They do so many things right!!!

I don’t know if it was because I was drunk but this is one of the best taco bells on the planet. I honestly don’t know why it has so many bad reviews.
I got the cantina chicken burrito and it was great.
If you haven’t had taco bell before then I don’t know what else to tell you.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell with the worst service I have ever been too. Everytime I go here my order is wrong, the food is cold and the people even the manager gas an attitude. If you can avoid it don’t go here.

I keep giving these guys a chance and the keep disappointing. Last night I went to the drive thru. The parking lot was empty. Each car waited about 5 minutes at the window. When I got to the window the girl was pacing. Others were standing around. After 5 minutes of not being acknowledged I left and went somewhere else.
This is not the first time. I’ve talk to the managers and they seem indifferent. From now on if I need a taco bell fix i’ll go a bit farther to park and midway where I have never been disappointed
