I like the woman here that helped us because she was extremely kind and friendly. She helped us quickly and providing great customer service was her top priority. That’s why I always come here because each employee is helpful and kind.

Last year we purchased a completely new pair of eyeglasses from Target for my daughter. This year her prescription has changed slightly, but enough to warrant replacing the lenses. We went to complete this task at Target, the same exact store where we purchased them, only to discover it would cost $ 278 to replace the lenses. We were informed that it would only cost us $ 212 to buy an entirely new pair. Now I ask you, does this make sense? In this day and age, where everything is disposable and shouldn’t be, why does it make sense to throw away a perfectly good practically new pair of glasses? I won’t go back.

I have been using this Target for the last 5 years for my glasses and contacts needs. They always promptly greeted me as I came through the door. The same employees have been working at this location year after year and they started recognizing me even though i usually saw them once a year.
Some employees were more knowledgeable than others. Teresa and Wendy were excellent. They knew exactly how to maximize my insurance plan’s benefits. They also were never pushy to sell the expensive lenses or frames. Instead, they explained the difference between the options and let me make my decisions. They never rushed me when I took my time to decide.
During the last few weeks of December, the store stayed open later to accommodate all the people who waited until the last minute to use their vision insurance benefit. Overall, I recommend this store
