I didn’t wait so I cant comment on the service. However, I did drive down the street to the Driver License Field office in Cedar Hill of belt line. I’ve been here about 30 mins and I have 2 people in front of me left to go. The line was at the door for reference, as was this location. But with double the capacity by visual estimate.

The staff is very rude, you ask a question and they simply give you a lot of bs and send you to sit and fill out more paperwork. They open at 8 and literally wait till 8:01 or later to open. Be prepared to be here a long time, unless you get here before they open. I understand it’s a public government place but they still need to have good manners
