Carolyn, the owner, went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and give me a great facial. She is friendly and knowledgeable. And her salon is cheery and welcoming. This was my first facial from her but the best one I have ever had. I will definitely be back for more.

I booked an appointment with Carolyn with the Dream Spa after reading her Unilocal reviews, which were terrific. I was not disappointed by Carolyn or Unilocal!Carolyn was fantastic. Her location is accessible (in Lakewood Village) with ample parking and ber office is very clean. She listened to my concerns and also gave me great follow up advice. I am now a regular customer and see her once a month. Would highly recommend!

Carolyn is the best! She has been shaping my brows for years and I have found myself looking forward to it every time! Who else can say that about getting their eyebrows waxed? She makes the whole experience so pleasant, I always leave happy and rejuveinated.
She is also very knowledgeable on skin care and has been successfully helping me fight my adult acne. I have been lucky enough to get a facial from Carolyn and can describe it in one word… amazing! I’m pregnant and my skin has done a complete 180 from very dry to very oily. I went to Carolyn for a facial while feeling pretty blah about myself, and not only was the facial amazing — soothing to my skin, relaxing to my mind and extremely effective — but Carolyn herself made me feel like a million bucks. She’s the perfect mix of bubbly and kind, technically savvy and a little bit hippie, and just being around her brightens your day.
As I mentioned, the facial itself was fantastic. She took great care to use products suited to my skin type, the changes I’ve experienced, and that are safe during pregnancy. A bonus: the extractions were as gentle as possible. The next day my skin was clear and glowing, and a week later it still looks better than it has in months.
I would say you should treat yourself to her services, but that makes it sound overpriced, which it absolutely wasn’t. In fact, at $ 85 (plus tip! tell her the tip amount before she scans your card, or she has to run it twice), it was considerably less expensive than most spas or salons. I’ll definitely be back!

Carolyn took extra care and time during my initial visit. I was impressed with her attention with her knowledge of physiology in how lifestyle choices effect your skin, and her product knowledge as well.
She genuinely cares for her clients, and provides a relaxing and tranquil experience (even during extractions!). I’m so excited I found The Dream Spa and Carolyn.

Love Carolyn! She gives an amazing facial and really makes taking care of your skin easy amd no fuss! I bonded with her immediately and found myself talking HER head off! Her location is easy to find and her room is very comfortable and clean! The best part she didn’t overload me on selling me a ton of products I won’t use! I will go back!

I have been a client of Caroline’s now for nearly two years. She does excellent facials, waxing and beauty services. I honestly would never go elsewhere (in Dallas), she is wonderful at her craft. The thing that distinguishes Caroline and other places is her kindness and the ability to completely change the direction of your day. She creates tranquility and sends you on your way beautified, calm and recharged.

Carolyn was incredible! She assessed my skin’s needs and worked on my problem areas with great care. In addition to that she talked about the ways to improve these problem areas through daily skin care. After my first appointment I was hooked and have booked a standing appointment with her again in 6 weeks. I would highly recommend her and her services!

Carolyn is wonderful! My husband got me a facial for mother’s day and the day I used it I had a massage beforehand… the facial was more relaxing than the massage! She is very gentle while working on your face and is educated about the products she uses. I’ll be sure to ask for more facials for upcoming holidays:)

Carolyn is more than an esthetician. She’s really a natural healer. When I’ve gone in for a facial, it’s not just my skin that walks out glowing. Carolyn always makes me feel like I radiate relaxation and calm from the inside. Her reflexology work is some of the best I’ve had and she can stop breakouts dead in their tracks!
