The Lash Lounge Dallas PC

My experience here landed me in the ER with a $ 1,600 ER bill. I had an allergic reaction to the glue which caused my eyes to swell shut :-/​. Be careful.

Absolutely the most amazing experience from start to finish! Both my sister-​in-​law and I were waited on with the most warm and friendly bedside manner. Kathy and her staff were incredibly professional, describing to us what the entire process entailed, from the details of the types of glue that were available, to the different lengths of the lash types, the materials of the lashes, and also the width and final appearance. We selected the 13 mm urban look. It turned out so spectacular, natural looking and clean. It truly looked like we walked out of the salon with our very own natural lashes with extension and fullness. I will not need to touch my eyes with liner, mascara, shadow or anything at all because of the incredible volume that it gives! I am SO happy with the end result and am now addicted to this process. I am looking forward to my next refill. I would recommend The Lash Lounge in Preston Forest Village to anyone who is interested in lash extensions! They are truly the best!

Terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they are lazy. The woman at the front desk/​manager is a b***h for lack of a better word. I arrived early and the technician was late. She said I had make up on and had me try and remove what was there with a solution that was irritating and the cotton pads tore out my lashes then refused to even attempt to fill my lashes. I was in from out of town and should have stuck with the place I used to go when I lived here (lash loft — they are excellent). Extremely disappointed.

I am a lash stylist myself and my business partner and I get really busy and sometimes can’t do each other’s refills so I decided to try the Lash Lounge Dallas. They were fantastic and I will be using them when ever I am in a pinch. The front desk staff were professional, my stylist Amanda was amazing. I have gone to Kristin too who is just as fabulous. The owner Kathy happened to be there a few times and was very nice and asked how my service was. So if you want to go to a great Lash Lounge I would choose the one in Dallas. I have been doing lashes for 10yrs and I know the good from the bad. And this is the good. I know a lot of the reviewers think this place is pricey but u really get what you pay for and that is training and education.

I found the Lash Lounge on Preston to be inconsistent and poorly managed.
While timelyness was stressed for some clients, it was not enforced for others.
I had several different lash techs as a result of high turnover within this salon .
I became ill with an eye infection after visiting with an established tech who was very nice, but who inadvertently glued my top lashes to the bottom lashes and somehow injured my left eye.
The owner agreed to refund that particular visit, but refused any further compensation for medications or doctor visits.
I don’t recommend this salon .They are not concerned with customer satisfaction, merely their bottom line.

I’ve heard a lot of great things about the Lash Lounge so I figured I would give it a shot. Amanda was my lash consultant and she was amazing and super sweet! Love her! My lashes look beautiful and natural. I’ve been getting so many compliments about how great my lashes look. I definitely recommend going to Amanda!

Went for lash refills and found out not only do they use hard heavy cheap lashes, but the staff putting them on had my lashes going in all sorts if directions. Nothing natural about lashes that curl down instead of up. Beware!

Just got extensions from here last week and LOVE them! I have very short, light colored, thin lashes and the extensions give me such a great look without makeup that I can’t recommend them enough! Ask for Sondra Patton — I highly recommend!

I’ve had extensions done at the Lash Lounge several times and was exceedingly pleased with the results! I’ve tried other lash studios, but the quality of lashes, attention to detail of the lash technician, and overall experience was most pleasant at the Lash Lounge. The only downside is that it’s a little pricey… But you get what you pay for, and for special events, Lash Lounge is worth it!

I’ve been to the Lash Lounge in Plano several times, they do a really good job. I’ve never had any issues with itching or irritations. But this time I tried the new location and my lashes look really bad. They itch and I’ve had to try to remove some because they were poking my eye. My lashes were sticking together. The glue had a bluish tint to them so it was noticeable. I would be careful with who they set your appt with. I asked for the technician with the most experience and the girl said that all their techs have the same amount of experience. My technician was nice but didn’t do a very good job. I don’t recommend this location until they are more established.

I recently was given a Groupon for a full set of mascara lashes at The Lash Lounge. Upon Arrival, I was greeted and asked to fill out a form before my appointment. After returning it i waited maybe 3 minutes before Kristina (My LASH tech) met with me. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I was comfortable for the 2 ½ hour session and had great conversation with Kristina! My Lashes looked great, and i can’t wait to go get them refilled! They have lasted longer than i anticipated so that makes me even happier! I definitely recommend this place, and look forward to revisiting!
