The Right Angle Custom Framing

I will NEVER use the Right Angle again. The Right Angle framed a piece of fine art for me last year. After less than a year, the picture literally FELL OUT OF THE FRAME, which bent the corners … devaluing my piece of art. When I brought in the piece to discuss how it could be fixed, he offered to «put it back in the frame» … which of course I refused … why do the same thing twice when it clearly didn’t work the first time??? He told me that «they» used the wrong kind of glue … it’s his company, so who is «they»??? We worked out an alternate way to frame the picture … but then he wanted me to PAY HIM AGAIN and would not give me credit for the failed frame. Although the company was recommended by a reputable fine art dealer in Dallas, I will not use a company that refuses to stand behind it’s work
