I leased from this individual for one year and during that time he would enter my apartment unannounced with no prior warning, make crude completely inappropriate comments normally pertaining to sexual content to myself, other tenants and even visitors he would encounter within the property. He is known for never returning security deposits by attempting to charge for ridiculous, non-​allowable repairs to properties no matter how spotless units are left. I have not known one person who has lived there that did not have to take him to small claims court in order to fight these charges nor do I know anyone who hasn’t won their cases against him. Do not rent from this man for these and many other reasons. Very unprofessional and uncouth individual.
