Quality depends on which guy you get. Our first guy did an awesome job. Second guy installed poor-quality work, then when I asked Rafael to come back and fix it he yelled at me on the phone about how inconvenient this was for him, and how correcting the poor-quality work was a waste of his time(he actually said this!), and then invoiced me additional fees to correct the poor quality installations. I would never use these guys again after being on the receiving end of Rafael’s tantrum. We’re all busy, Rafael. Just stand behind your work quality and have a little respect for your customer. You threw away a long-term relationship over $ 100. Go read Carl Sewell’s Customers for Life book. You need it.

Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Superb craftsmanship on our recent bath tile job. Great service too. Would hire again.
