Horrible. Prices are nowhere close to competitive and the lines to check out take forever. What’s the point of having 40 employees working if only 2 of them are trying to check out 50 people. Very poorly managed.

This is 2 times I have come here and the girl in the Starbucks have bad customer service both times. She gave me a coffee that was cold enough to dip your finger in and when I asked her if she can warm for me she said that they don’t have microwave. Horrible horrible service and I will never come to this Tom Thumb ever again!!!
