You can always tell when someone’s job is their passion in life! Lin of Top Hair Cuts is certainly dedicated and skilled at what she does. She has a very diverse set of clients and is very busy on Saturdays. She is also open during the early evenings on weekdays when it is slower. You get a great hair cut for a great price and a personable hairstylist who honors your wishes. I also got an absolutely PERFECT eyebrow wax. I will definitely be going back to Top Hair Cuts!

Great place, very reasonably priced. Just be specific with them on how you want your haircut and it will be done. For men it is about $ 13, which these days is a good deal for a quality haircut.

I adore Lin and I’ve been going there for years, my hair is thick and I’ve probably broken combs so I make sure to tip her well. Prices are completely fair and they also do waxing.
Shes almost a one woman army and is so polite.
Its the summer time and small businesses like this need word of mouth, so please don’t be shy and get in there.

Lin has been cutting my hair for about 7 years, and I only go to her above any other salon in Dallas. I tell everyone about her! She does exactly what you want (not like some salons; you tell them trim the ends– they cut 2 inches!) and she’s super sweet. She’s cut my entire families hair for as long as I can remember,
and now my boyfriends family goes to her too. Not the best location, but don’t let that stop you from visiting Top Haircuts.

Came in on a random Friday morning and was seen pretty quickly after a short wait. Lin was apologetic and quickly started chatting about random topics. She asked how I wanted my hair cut and even asked for feedback as she was cutting. She took her time and did not rush. For $ 13 I can’t complain at the quality and I appreciated her customer service.
Would recommend to those looking to avoid the fancy and expensive haircuts in Dallas!

I’m an old school veteran, and I’m very picky about my hair and how it’s cut. I’ve been cutting my own hair for 14yrs now, but I haven’t cut it in quite some time due to a recent accident. My brother David was first to get his cut and I was very impressed! I gave Lan the honor to wack off my excessively long long hair and she did a FANTASTIC job! I was so impressed and excited to have my old school Army look back, and I have had nothing but great compliments since! Had a positive experience here. Lin was very sweet and flexible with her schedule. I went to Dallas for a conference and she was able to fit me in with my busy schedule while I was there! I went there to get some trimming done for my long hair and was happy with how I looked afterward!

Awesome! Lin stayed open after hours just so I could arrive and she didn’t rush me in the slightest. I have very long, thick hair and she only charged $ 16 for the haircut. She was very patient, but very efficient. She only took 35 to cut my hair! I love how it looks and have received several compliments, so very happy with the service. Am definitely planning on going here again.

So cheap here!!! $ 15 for women haircuts. I only needed a trim and she did a good job at getting rid of my split ends. The last time I went to another stylist for a trim, he ended up layering my hair like crazy. I didn’t want that, I just want a simple trim for my split ends. The lady was really nice and friendly. She did exactly what I asked and also waxed my eyebrows nicely. They work on all kind of hair, very versatile here.

I recently moved from California to the City of Dallas and had been looking for a good barber. I was asking some of my neighbors and locals for the most legit barbers here in Dallas and they all referred me to very HIGH priced barbers! Prices from $ 20-​$ 30 which is too costly for me.
Then I came across Top Hair Cuts! The ladies name is Lan and she was VERY helpful and legit! She offered Every style of cut and gave me a really good Taper Fade and made me feel like i was back in California! It was a VERY LOW PRICE for only $ 13!!! That’s right ONLY $ 13!!! She did an excellent job so i made sure i gave her a good Tip!!! I will be going to her from here on out! Thank You Lan!!!

Great Affordable prices for haircuts. The owner is very friendly and very skilled. I always get the desired haircut whenever i visit Top Hair Cuts.
I was at first skeptical of the place due to it’s location and interior, but like they say, never judge a book by its cover. The owner is able to cut different types of hair. She even told me Kevin Durant came by to get a haircut while he was in dallas during the 2012 play offs.
She offers nice salon grade shampoos at discounted prices, always knows her regulars and is very friendly. I like to get my eyebrows waxed here as well since it feels cool lol
