Tribeca On The Creek Condominiums

I’ve lived here a year and a half, and the week of Thanksgiving I finally was done. Screwed me over from day one. They originally gave me a prorated rate because I was moving in in the middle of a month back in 2014. They then told me a different prorated rate and charged me an extra $ 180 in late fees the next month for the unpaid balance from the two weeks I was there. I Got cussed out once by a maintenance guy for my music being too loud DURING THE DAY! The last straw came when they towed my car the night I bought it because the office was closed and couldn’t get a sticker. What was I supposed to do, break into the office and steal a sticker? Rent is cheap and the apartments aren’t really all that nice, and there are No Guests allowed at the pool, and $ 2 for a pool pass?! Has basically no amenities, and kids run rampant. Pay a bit more and rent elsewhere. I will NEVER rent from this property or any other property affiliated with it after my lease is up. Back when I first signed a lease in late 2014 it was a pretty nice place to rent, but it’s getting really ghetto. Gate no longer works and there is a large pile of gravel that covers a bunch of spaces in the parking lot. Also, good luck pulling out of the parking lot if you drive a stick shift/​Standard/​Manual Transmission like I do, the exit gate is on a fairly steep hill.

I’ve lived in this place for two years and have had enough. They take forever to fix stuff or don’t do it at all. They have the option for covered parking which they charge $ 20 a month but if someone else parks there they do nothing, so basically you pay for someone else to park there. You can’t stop paying because it’s on the contract. totally bad experience, they say they have security but i never see them around and there are always people drinking in the parking lot. Do not recommend it.
